So many things i loved. The full length window that could open, the sliding paper door for the window, parkay flooring, sparkling clean room, the air purifier. I love that there was a nook right by the door where i could put my shoes,coat so they don't go into the room. And the fabric freshener was available too. There are 2 floors with ice machines and vending machine and washing machines too. Location is great, just a few stops from every place u wanna go in osaka. Staff were very nice and helped place our 2 rooms near each other. They also helped move our luggage which arrived before us to our rooms well before we reached.

Rooms were spacious with big beds, lots of amenities are available and the location is almost right in the middle of Osaka and is right next to the subway - 2 stops from Dotonburi, 2 stops from Osaka station (for transferring to go to Nara/Kyoto/USJ) and it's pretty close to Osaka Castle as well.

They have a really great lounge with some great juices, coffees and teas - but the lounge hours when I stayed there were 3 pm - 9 pm which was a little disappointing. I was hoping to be able to get coffee in the mornings before doing tourist activities but the hours didn't allow for that. Overall though there wasn't much to dislike about the hotel.

The tatami mattresses and the hotel beds, were excellent. The covers and the pillows too. Good that we could control the air-conditioning using Google translate. Tasty lemonades offering in the lounge, however only between 15h00 and 21h00. Location was easy to get to Metro exit 4 and 5, and some shops and restaurants and shopping arcades are in walking distance.

Very small for 4 people, if you staying more than 2 nights. No space for luggage and clothes, if you staying more than 2 nights. The shower water is always warm, could not bring it to give any cold water.

Room was good value for money with a great view of the city. The spa bath was lovely. The room was very clean and the toiletries and beauty products provided were really excellent in quality.

There was some confusion with the front desk staff when checking about transferring our suitcase to our next hotel due to language barrier (we had to rely on pocket translators which wasn’t too ideal). On another occasion we were told it wasn’t possible to book a taxi at the front desk presumably due to the taxi company not picking up (not too much of a problem as we realised Uber is operational in Osaka despite costing a bit of a premium).

We booked the room with tatami floor and city view, it was an awesome experience. The room was spacious enough considering it's in a Japanese city but it's comfortable for family of 3 or 4. The staff was friendly. Exit to Honmachi station is about 200-300m so it's very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommended this place. Standing in front of the fountain and look at the autumn leaf gave me a really nice feeling

Location is very convenient, room size is not too bad for a twin room.

My main complaint is that the cleaning schedule/housekeeping rules are hard to understand. They indicated that if you have drink left in your cup, they will not clean it - ok that I can understand but I'm puzzled to understand why my used cups and glasses (emptied) were left there uncleaned for 3 straight days! I had to clean them myself in the end to save the hassle. Do they assume empty ones are unused hence no cleaning is needed? Funny indeed... If they cannot tell which is used and which is not, just clean all ya?

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, beautiful japanese style screen across the window and superb city view. Just around the corner from Honmachi Station. We hired bikes and were able to get to Osaka Castle and Dotonburi easily.

On first glance the location isn't where everything is happening, however it is quite central to Kita and Dotonburi. Walking distance if you like walking, but also convenient for subway and taxis

I had a minor mishap on my knee during my stay and needed to find a clinic on a Sunday when most places are closed. Grateful that Tashiro-san managed to find me a hospital after multiple calls. Tashiro-san also got us a taxi. Thank you

Housekeeping needs improvement. Some days our trash are left behind. Cups were not washed.

The location is really nice! <5 min from Honmachi metro station and easy to access to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Umeda by metro. Free drinks from 3:00-9:00 pm and the room is super clean

The room is a bit too small and it would be a bit inconvenient for your stay if you take big suitcases, as you do not have many space to fully open them and leave them on the floor

We loved that the street was calm and quiet but very close to the train. Only two stops to Namba or Umeda. Great local restaurants. The staff was super friendly. The place was fancy and clean. I plan on staying here again every time I am in osaka

I wish I could have stayed longer. Honestly, the hotel was perfect.
