* Great breakfast. All-you-can-eat style japanese breakfast (and a few western items), not too much variety, but good quality, delicious. * Good location. Yotsubashi Metro Line's Higobashi station exit 3 is right in front of the hotel entrance. Osaka/Umeda station and Midosuji Line are not far away by foot if you're so inclined. Hommachi/Crysta and Namba just a few stops away. * Nice part of town. There's a park and rose garden nearby, and the streets aren't too crowded in Edobori. Good food nearby. * Clean. Room cleaning was on point, bedsheets and towels were good. Though the room itself had some issues that some maintenance could fix (eg. the dust and such from the ventillator and AC grills)

* There are four lifts, they're fast and reasonably spacious, but their current programming is a bit stupid. Sometimes only one will try to collect all the floors and so around checkout time or when a larger group arrives it will stop everywhere and the people waiting will have to try to call again. While you see the sad people on every floor as you ride down, you see other lifts still idling at 1F. * Laundromats kinda stink and are very full of fluff, should probably be cleaned more often. Could also recommend the users to leave their doors open after use so they can cool and dry out better. They also left my t-shirts rather damp, so I'm not sure if they're up to spec.

Location. Just at the exit of a Metro Station. Breakfast. Given the price, it is good. Most choices are typically Japanese food but tasty. The grand spa. Though small, it is soothing especially after a day's walk. Good sound insulation.

Very small. Basically no more space for movement. I was a solo traveller. I was okay with that but for couples i guess it is too compact. But the facilities are good. I had everything i needed.

The location is fantastic to be able to explore Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Being just outside Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi line, it's one stop to Osaka Station and a short ride to Namba for connecting trains or Dotombori. The double room we booked seemed quite small at first, but after the first night, we realised it was just the right size for what we needed. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help us when requested. They were very friendly and engaged with us in English when needed which was very helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in Osaka and we fully intend stay here again when we visit Osaka again.

Only negative was room size but it was just big enough to not be uncomfortable although it did feel a little cramped when we arrived with our luggage.

The room was very clean, and comfortable, with clean well-designed bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style with both Western and Japanese foods. It was handy to have access to a communal microwave oven 24h. The onsen was great; separate male and female facilities. I loved the fact that it was all non-smoking. The hotel is conveniently located very close to a metro station. Staff were polite and helpful.

Being vegan, I would have liked a greater variety of plant-based breakfast options, perhaps including tofu and more fresh fruit.

The location is so good. It is near the subway station. I always liked the higher room and it was always beyond my expectations. The first time I stayed here, I got the 29th-floor room and the view was so good! Although I could not see the sunset directly I could see the golden hour and it was so beautiful. The second time, I got a chance to see the sunset with the view of the Ferris wheel (although it was so far, I could see it).

Umm, for me, the room is a bit small but it was okay.

- Location is very good. 1-5 mins walk from subway station exit - 7 Eleven nearby - Everyday provide free coffee and tea even if you don’t asked for room service - Bed is comfortable - Affordable price - Some reception staffs is very accommodating and friendly - Quiet

- Small room. But, it is quite normal to have small room in Japan city centre - There is mould in the bathroom curtain because they don’t change curtain - Staff will wake you up to do makeup room unless you put a notice outside on the room and tell them the timing

The staff were super nice and even moved us to a better room when we complained about the toilet constantly running.

This property is okay, but it has very soft beds that were not very comfortable It is located in a very businessy district, which meant lots of very tall buildings and only stuffy options for restaurants, etc. This could be an advantage depending on why you are in Osaka. To us it was rather crowded and dull.

Room was just enough big for one night, if you want to stay longer I recommend upgrading to bigger room. It was right in front of metro station so convenient location.

AC is not in the room but managed through whole building. It was not impossible to survive but keep in mind if you go in summer. If it’s one night it’s ok but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. Also onsen area is not accessible if you have too many tattoos (understandable), so just beware if you want to try it out!

The location is incredibly ideal. Exit 3 of Higobashi station is right in front of the door. Within a minute you're at Osaka station and the other way, a few minutes to Dotonbori. The staff is very friendly & the bed is one of the best in the business hotels I've stayed at.

I liked the view that I had from the room. The room had all the necessities, and the shower products were great, and I even bought them after the stay there. The size of the room was a typical japanese hotel room, but all the luggage fit easily.

Most hotels let you check in a little early when there are rooms available / clean. This one only allowed the check-in at exactly 3PM. That was the only downside, but it was understandable as they would have the rule in place.
