My wife and I had booked an Airbnb that didn't meet our expectations at all so booked this hotel on the fly. Turns out we should have just gone here first. A wonderful little hotel in a great location - much, much better then where we were previously (don't stay near Tsutenkaku tower!). This is the nice part of Osaka. Very close to the best sushi in the city. The hotel room itself I thought was huge compared to what you'd normally find in Tokyo (we had a queen bed). The shower is awesome. USB plugs everywhere you need them. A fast elevator. 24 hour laundry. Helpful front desk. Just a great stay.

Building - Newly constructed hotel with everything new Lobby- Easy checkin with English speaking staff, even able to recommend food nearby. Soda water bar availablef or a quick drink Room - Excellent, everything is high quality from bed, pillow to hairdryer and shower. Location - Near to metro station with 3 lines, takes 2 stations to big area like Umeda and Namba.

Located at central area but not walking distance to tourist area. So if you are kind of person that like to hangout at midnight, probably limited option. However if you prefer to stay in a area with limited tourist, more touch to local, I think this area is still a good option

Location: Very near Hommachi station, maybe 3-5 minute walk. Vicinity: Quiet and there were a lot of good must-try restaurants in the area. Lobby: ambience was very relaxing, clean and smelled really nice wifi: easily accessible and good connection breakfast: Their french toast plate was really good. room size: It had good space for 2 people. staff at the reception: They were all nice and helpful.

Maybe they should widen their breakfast selection. My son wanted to order banana smoothie which was listed on their menu but it wasn’t available for breakfast. Also, breakfast starts at 630am and they couldn’t adjust and accommodate guests with early flight schedule. We just opted to miss out breakfast even if we paid for it already. You need a translate app to be able to communicate with the reception staff since they don’t speak much English.

Very comfortable bed, especially for someone who is (192cm) tall. They also have the best shower of any of the places I stayed in Japan. Hot water, high pressure, lots of nozzles. The rooms aren't big but that seems to be the norm for Japan. There was a nice little desk for a laptop/doing makeup, and black out curtains, great for jetlagged travelers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They can't really change their location, although it is very close to the convenient Midosuji subway line. The pajamas aren't particularly comfortable.

This was an amazing hotel! The staff was soooooo friendly, they spoke English well and were very accommodating (even helped us get a taxi on the way out). Breakfast was really good, they even cook you a warm meal (we had french toast) plus a good assortment of other American foods in buffet style. Our room was spacious, great shower and comfy beds (actually the best beds we slept in since everything in Japan is rock hard, these were much softer). Location was good, metro is nearby along with a nice park, decent food shops and even a nice starbucks on the corner of the street! Really enjoyed our stay here, plus the price was great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Osaka.

I wish your caffe was open more during the week! But nonetheless you guys are great.

We loved the location, it is very modern and nice furnished. The reception had personal with good English skills. The rooms had a lot of extras like a nice shower, you could mirror your phone with the tv, Iron, ...

While I think this hotel is doing great for business purposes it wasn't the perfect fit with a little baby - the bed was way to soft, the blankets where like on a ski trip, way to fluffy and the light on the door automatically got on when moving in the door area - just a lot of these things which are uncomfortable with a baby :D but still this hotel is a nice choice when visiting Osaka, especially when you are on a business trip.

Location is very convenient. It's a short walking to the nearest subway station. Convenient store is couple steps away. Coffee shop at the hotel for quick breakfast and restaurant across the street. They have free mini soda bar at the front desk. I like that everyone who need to go to the room need room key to use the elevator so it safe. They give use free water daily and we can borrow the umbrella if need it.

The room over all is clean just a little dust here and there. It's acceptable. Also, I wish that there is body lotion provided at the room.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station, which was fantastic. After a long day exploring the city we were able to do our laundry and easily monitor it's progress through the hotel room's TV. Every aspect of the hotel was clean and hospitable.

There is not much that I can qualm about when it comes to the hotel. One item that could have improved an already great experience would be providing variety in the breakfast offerings. Each day we were there it was the same menu so a little variety would be nice.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed so far. Despite of a fact being a relatively small room the position of furniture and all needed things is the most optimal making the use of the space efficient. The staff was very helpful in giving directions within the city. Definitely worth the money being paid.

A very tiny drawback is that a TV in a room automatically starts up when you enter the room but the background music is pleasant so it is not annoying at all.

Our stay was very comfortable here! This hotel is located near Hommachi Station so it's convenient for travel. The hotel staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. The room was very spacious compared to other rooms I've stayed in and the in-room coffee and tea was delicious. Appreciated that they also give water as well. The area is a little more quiet and not as busy as the main areas but if you're looking for somewhere more chill, this spot is pretty nice.
