Nice, central location, renovated rooms, available shared rooms and facilities.

A noisy family stayed in the room above ours and they were running and shouting in the middle of the night (until 2am, despite their 2 little children). We tried to contact the reception, but they couldn't do much about it. It would be worth considering to place families to the first couple of floors of the building, it would be much more convenient for everybody.

The cost was pretty good and the facilities were efficient; a good deal for what I paid. It is relatively close to Dotonbori and other touristy sites which makes it good for sightseeing and checking the place out! I did feel that there was a lot of things provided in the room that made it nice; an extension cord that I used to plug in my phone and a lot of lights in addition to the general light fixtures. Also there were a lot of free amenities near the front-counter that made for a pleasant stay.

I had gotten used to a firm bed in Japan but the pillows here were filled with some ominous material that I did not find comfy at all. That was my biggest complaint, though I find the benefits of the place made up for it. If you like hard pillows, you will like the pillows here, maybe.

Hands down our best stay in Japan. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking from subway station, there is a 7eleven two blocks away and it's near to some restaurants. Room is comfortable for 2 persons, there's a desk with chargers, a small fridge and an electronic hot pot to heat water inside the room if needed. Bathroom has hot and cold water and a bathtub. IN the lobby you have access to unlimited free coffee from a coffee machine they have sugar, cream and some variety of teas, there is also plenty amenities such as cotton pads, q-tips, razors, bathsponges, slippers, cleansing gels and even smallpacked shaving cream in case you forgot to bring your own and even slippers! Staff is super helpful and almost in the lobby 24/7 there were very reachable. There's a laundry machine (7th floor) for a small price and they have a drying machine as well. Free ice on the same floor. After checkout they do keep your bags free of charge a if needed and give you a small receipt to keep it under control, you just need to come back for it the very same day. Stayed twice and surely coming back next time we visit Osaka.

In case you need cleaning you need to let them know before 11AM of the same day, and need to be specific if you want a change of towels or sheets just make sure to specify what you want with the lobby staff.

In walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. In general good location to explore the main parts of Osaka and either walk or go by subway. Price is very fair for the offered rooms and service. Luggage can be stored before check-in. Coffee and tea as well as microwave and other amenities are available in the 2nd floor.

You can hear noises from neighbouring rooms and the rooms above. The window was blocked by a sticker so even though we were in the 5th floor we had no view.

Good location, 15 min walk from Dotonburi and less than 10min walk to metro. Great coffee machine and 'help yourself amenities' avaliable downstairs. Good value for money. Accepted our luggage which was delivered by yamato and an amazon order for us.

Rooms are small and basic, and the bathrooms are a little old fashioned. But we were out all day so didn't bother us much.

Very nice room, especially for the reasonable price. The hotel was also located close to several subway stations. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, with the front desk located on the second floor while rooms located on higher floors.

The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor (front desk), regardless if you're going up or down. Probably a security feature, but a slight inconvenience when you're not planning on stopping on that floor.

Room was clean and had everything you need. Location is convenient as it is walking distance from Dotonbori and all central location and has a metro stop close by. It was great value!

Location is great. Close to Dotonbori, where you can eat your heart out on the most delicious foods. Easy access to subway lines. Everything within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff.
