Prestigious hotel although some parts of the hotel (chair/sofa) needs to be refurbish

We requested for an early check in as we arrived early morning, however was not allowed to. Had to pay for an extra night just for the early check in as we are travelling with small kids & they needed rest after the long flight. We were charged full price although it was only few hours before checking in. I was quite disappointed as my room which was supposed to be ready at 3pm was only ready at around 4.30pm.

Our stay at the St Regis Hotel was pleasant. We enjoyed the incredible view from our room, the size of the room and the decoration.

However, there were a few small details that were a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Here are some examples: the free water in the mini-bar was of an unknown brand. We had just spent 4 days in a very humble 3 star hotel that offered free 1.5 liter bottles of Evian. Another detail, the breakfast offer was good but nothing exceptional. In particular, you have to pay extra to have a freshly squeezed orange juice, which is surprising for a 5 star hotel.

The butler service at St. Regis was amazing. I was recommended 2 restaurants and both were good. They also helped me book some other restaurants that I wanted to go. Additionally, the complimentary ironing service - 2 pieces per day and free drinks everyday were lovely. I have stayed for three days and each staff at the hotel that I met and talked to was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good overall but it could be improved by adding more varieties

The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

Nothing negative to say honestly

It's probably one of my favorite St. Regis properties. The room is quite large for standard hotels in Japan. The room features high- celing with skyline view. La Veduta serves delicious Italian cuisine. The beautiful bar also makes the overall dining experience more enjoyable. It's just 10 mins walk from Dontaburi.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The butler’s service is exceptional. Our room with skyline view was comfortable and we enjoyed to have a bathtub. And the Teppanyaki in one of the restaurants was more tasteful than words can describe. 😋

Our experience had only positive aspects to report.

I loved that it was in the center of everything you needed! shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and cafes... the staff are very polite and helpful with a big smile!

Clean, comfortable, location and view from the room, facilities in the room as well as the hotel itself, metro access, the amazing staff, the food (room service), breakfast, restaurant.

Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and bar. Hospitality focused, great service. The breakfast was amazing. Added an extra night because we enjoyed it so much.

A tiny bit dated? Technology could be better BUT everything well maintained.

it was nice to wake up and the view is just right in front of us..but with the position of the bed that facing to the window..it make the sunlight wake us up thru the curtain holder.
