Great location. Great breakfast. Great public hot tub, a real relax after busy day. I have no negative sides to mention. I lost room key and had to pay for it 3000y, normal practice but just try secure your key card Great shopping spots around. Great transportation links. We loved it there and 100% book again! Thanks to amazing staff! Oh, happy hour 6-8pm. You can get a free drink. Amazing!

The hotel is centrally located and right in the middle of a shopping district. Close to train station and subway, there are multiple convenient stores and eateries (local and international - Burger King) around the hotel. The hotel provided free drinks (soft & hard) during happy hours.

The breakfast could do with more options and the bed creeks when you move around.

Great new hotel,right next to a very long shopping street that leads all the way down to Doninburi,food,bridge and the famous Glico man .

You have to be prepared for the smaller size of rooms compared to western hotels.Sadly you have to remember to bring your mucsles if you get off at Hommachi tube station,i could not find an elevator/lift or evem an escalator to the surface ,so had to carry 2 suitcases up and down sets of stairs in an already very long station

Location was ok near shopping Street but closes early, walking distance from the station but not convenient with alot luaggue will need to take exit 10 instead with lift/escalator. Overall is good with buffet breakfast and free drinks between 6-8pm and comes with public bath too so quite a complete hotel with all the facilities

Stayed here twice and the staff are great as usual. No hassle leaving my suitcase with them before checking in. Breakfast although obviously aimed towards more asian guests has a good selection and variety of food.
