The staff were friendly and polite. They facilitated last minute needs for my family. They always did what they were able to do when asked of them. The facilities were good. The location very good s it was near restaurants, super markets’ style shops as well some speciality shops. It was not too far from two different major train stations connecting to many different lines. I found it an easy place base near the centre of the city.

I found the staff very nice and helpful people. They had differing levels of knowledge about their local surroundings which made it hard to communicate with different staff about the same need. I would still highly recommend them on an individual basis despite this discrepancy. I had a room with a stove and kitchenette but not cooling utensils or plates and cutlery. This was odd.

We loved this location in Akasaka. It is right on a fun street filled with bars and great food options. Two metro lines within a few minutes walk. It is also peaceful and quiet during the day. This is not a crazy location like crowded and noisy Shibuya. Location…location…location!

Beds were too firm for us. Had an issue with a broken shower head that dripped water with very low pressure. The staff did not make any effort to correct the problem. After five nights I insisted they fix it or change our room. We got another room. I’m a big strong shower pressure guy so this was unacceptable.

One of the best locations to stay in Tokyo; restaurants and other cafes are all within 2/5 mins walk from the hotel and it has access to 2 train stations which is also within <10 mins walk from the hotel. Access to places like Shibuya or Central Tokyo are only less than 25 mins on the train. The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful. The rooms can be cleaned on-demand everyday or as per your requirement. Also, the hotel provides all the basic amenities and I found this better than some 5* hotels in Europe.

The only negative I would highlight is the room needed a wardrobe and it only had 5/6 hangers. We stayed for 8 days so we had to struggle with that part only.

The room was spacious enough. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and the availability of the kettle. The location on the street was surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, gyms, and the train station. It was well-lit area so it felt comfortable navigating at any time in groups. The bathroom was very well designed so that there was enough room to lay out all of my toiletries for the trip. It was just enough. I also enjoyed the fridge in the room as a person that preps nutrition items that need a refrigerator. I also can store the convenient store yogurt drinks for the morning. I also enjoyed the amenities: The laundry facilities were accessible by all people in the building. It was 100 yen I believe for the wash and 100 yen per 30min dry. You do need your own laundry cleaning, but there are a number of convenient stores on the street (one that is a 2 min walk across the street). The laundry and the main floor microwave is accessible and WELL Cleaned. It didn't feel like I was sharing it with a bunch of people. There were no bad smells.

I wish that there was room on the sides of the bed for a night stand to hold items on the side of the bed. However, it did help to have the extra couch, so we used that to hold any extra items.

Central to a lot of restaurants (mostly Korean food) and two metro stations Akasaka-Mitsuke (Marunouchi line) and Akasaka (Chiyoda line). Can get pretty rowdy at night with drunk people. The room was well sound-proofed, can hear just a bit of noise from the outside.

There were holes on the wall and on the floor inside the room. Really old washer and dryer, which the washing machine didn’t clean well. Microwave was only available on the fourth floor. There should be a microwave at least inside a room that was meant for 6 people.

Although our room was quite small for our group of 3, we adjusted really easily thanks to the comfortable spaces designed by the hotel. Additionally, the amenities were fantastic, even though some needed to be accessed by going a few floors under (where the laundry + ironing board + microwaves were located on the 4th floor) yet this was hardly an issue since the elevators were extremely quick. The location itself makes this place a really valuable option if you want to stay in Tokyo. A 2 minute walk from Akasaka station and a 3 minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke station, so travelling around the city is made a breeze! The location itself, Akasaka, is amazing, with loads of restaurants, bars, pubs, convenience stores, the beautiful Hie-jinja shrine is no more than a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, as well as other entertainment options such as a karaoke place near by. In the evening, Akasaka truly shines as its streets come alive. Yet noise was never an issue we had to deal with, so don’t worry if you think you’ll lose a minute of sleep at night! The staff were impeccable. So helpful and respectful, i truly felt like i was made very important and special. Anything you need the staff will try to accomodate, and language barriers aren’t a problem either. The lobby has an attendant 24/7 so if you ever run into any issues during your stay you can go see them. Any ammenities you need you can grab for free at the lobby too, for example, razors, toothbrushes, tea etc…Also they do an exceptional job at cleaning your room when you ask them to. If you don’t put up a sign they will never bother you, they also do a great job at making sure you’re well equipped with towels! By the end of our trip we had 3 bags just filled with fresh dry towels.

The first thing that shocked us was the size of the room. Now, this is the case with most of hotels/apartments/airbnbs in Tokyo, so it’s not a huge issue at all. As a matter of fact we adjusted quite well to the size of the room and became quite fond of it! However, keep in mind that this all depends on the room you chose! We stayed in the “moderate” room and that was the case for us.

Great location. Two minute walk to 7-Eleven, subway station. The community microwave/lounge/balcony & washer/dryer were nice to have. 100 yen per wash/per dry, not bad. The room had a small fridge but no freezer. Staff spoke a little English.

The dryer didn't dry very well. We had to run it 3 times to dry jeans. (bring quick dry clothes) A freezer & more space to hang / store clothes would be nice. Also, more storage for our luggage/items would be nice. We had windows but no view (concrete wall) so I suggest they convert the windows to storage shelves/closet space instead. We couldn't understand the various controls in Japanese, but the Google Translate camera feature on our phones helped. :D

Check-in and out was easy and staff were friendly and more than accommodating in regard to storing our luggage when we arrived early & wanted to leave late. After making our initial booking, we decided to stay an extra night and made an additional one night reservation - staff were super helpful in arranging for us to stay in the same room to avoid checking out and in again. Clean facilities, friendly and accomodating staff, excellent location (2 min walk to Akasaka Station and all the restaurant, bar, convenience store and karaoke room choices you could ask for at the hotel’s doorstep. There was even a Don Quixote down the road!)

The room was mostly as advertised - only bathroom pic advertised for superior king room annexe was a bit deceptive. One of the reasons we chose this property over another was for the bath, but it turned out to be substantially smaller than shown in the pic online. But other than this minor detail, we could not fault anything.

Our stay at the Centurion Hotel Akasaka was amazing, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, our flight was delayed 3hrs so we did not arrive to the hotel until after midnight ad the staff waiting around for us. The room was small but big enough for a family of 2 adults and a 5yr old. Only one bed but it was a super king so enough room for 3 of us to share. There is a washer in the room and they provide washing liquid so don't over pack! There are shampoo and Conditioner in the room as well as facewash, toner, face oil and lotion. No need to pack any. The room was clean and comfortable, and made up each day. Akasaka was a beautiful little town, 2 Harry potter attractions (2 cafes and a little store), Hotel is close to the station entrance, 4 min walk, lots of places to eat, familymarts etc. Highly recommend, and will one day return. The staff speak enough English for you to understand. Our room had a huge balcony, but this could be used as more room space because we were exploring Japan we didnt use the balcony. Nice for fresh air if you like though.

HOTEL was perfect, nothing to complain about.. maybe they could throw in bigger towels, and more pillows... westerners love pillows and big fluffy towels. And a bigger trash bin please. The workers at 7/11 down the street were rude. use Family mart instead.

I appreciate that we were able to leave our things in the hotel before check-in to watch Harry Potter and the cursed child in ACT theater which is just really a short walk from the hotel..and thankful that our luggages were already taken inside our room on the time we were checking- in . The location is very good,it's near to the station.lots of choices where to eat, drink or shop. I even felt sad i dont smoke anymore when i saw this wood deck on the 2nd FLR for smoking area. I find it really nice for those who still smoke.

The room is a bit small for 3 persons. Sleeping is fine but preparing to leave when everybody's moving, you will feel that "three is a crowd"in this room.
