It was my sixth time staying here and the Hotel never disappoints! Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars, good Metro Connection.

Mattress has become quite soft since last staying here. Not unbearable, but some harder mattresses would be nice for a longer stay.

Although the room was small it was just big enough for a solo traveler (at least the choice that I chose). The receptionist was very helpful with finding an address for an anime store and suggested other anime shops as well. Please don ‘t expect the receptionists to speak fluent English, however, we communicate without a hitch. As a tourist , I learn a few of the native words and that goes a long way. I appreciate the staff there for making my stay pleasurable. Also, great vegan ramen shop just a 10 mins walk and the train station is about 5 mins away. There are so many restaurant options. In addition, there is a laundromat that is open 24 hrs which is about a 15 mins walk from the hotel. Make sure you have small bills. Basically, the location is perfect as it is not far from Tokyo and other attractions. I would stay here again when I do come back in a couple of years.

Location very near to the station Akasaka Mitsuke which connects well to the major metro lines in Tokyo. There are lots of eateries just outside the hotel. The Bic Com megastore like Donki Donki at the station is a great place to get all you need for your stay. This includes luggage bags! I give this hotel an 8 just because of the location, read on to learn what you need to be aware of...

Unwelcoming older male staff! The staff, except for the ladies and 2 young males, came across as cold and unfriendly. They were most of the time not at the Front Desk and if they did stand there, the male staff failed to greet guests. There was never smile on their face when you aproached them for assistance. I stayed for 4 nights and it was the case day and night. Seedy location (though not unsafe) with bars, massage parlours, etc. if you are travelling with small children, pick another location.

This hotel is located in Akasaka, next to the Akasaka-Mitsuke station (2 min walking) which makes it a very good location to explore the city. Check-in and check out were smooth. The staff was friendly and made good recommendations. The breakfast options are a bit limited but they are tasty. The staff of the cafeteria are extremely nice and accomodating. The room itself is a decent size (for Tokyo standards) but it was comfortable and had everything you could need. Some furniture and decorations were a bit worn out but nothing dramatic. Would probably go again if i visited Tokyo in the future.

Although the room wasn’t huge, it was well laid out, with a big shower, a sofa, a hanging rail for clothes and a small table. The shower was equipped with both a waterfall head and a “normal” shower head, which had great pressure. The bed was also extremely comfortable and you got two different types of pillow each. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, plus the location was excellent and made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet, and had a convenient 7-Eleven just across the road. A nice bonus was the free coffee in the reception with the choice between a light and a dark roast.

The room was lacking a "big light", which meant it could be a bit on the dark side. There were also some parts of the room that were clearly a bit worn and patched, but nothing dirty or broken.

I loved the location, it's near two Metro stations that can get you around tokyo. There are also many shops & restaurants around the hotel. It has a local vibe compared to staying in popular areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. I also sent out my luggage to the airport in advance so having to carry them wasn't a problem. I also loved the staff everyone was really nice and accommodating especially Masuda & Kuroki. The room I booked was perfect for a solo traveler like me and I loved the bed.

They don't provide free water bottles in the room although there is a dispenser in the lobby. I bought water bottles from the vending machine just outside or the 7-11 right across.

Perfect location in Akasaka Mitsuke. Metro nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. Very good restaurant in the yard of the hotel. Rooms are quite big in comparison with other hotels in Tokyo. Rooms well planned. Hotel is quite new and modern. Hotel staff speaks English and helps with lots of stuff. I went to other city for three days and hotel allowed to leave my luggages in the hotel for these three days.

They want to tidy the room despite you put the notice ''do not disturb'' on the door :))) then writes you letter from management, that they will tidy it anyway :))

The hotel was in a really good location, just 4 minutes walking from the metro. It also has various places to eat, 7/11 and supermarkets really close. The hotel itself was pretty comfy and had a good atmosphere. It offers free coffee and tea.

The room was pretty small for our luggage but I think every hotel in Japan has the same problem. You can’t open the window to your room (only for a very small amount) we wanted some air and also to enjoy the beautiful view that I could barely see from the very small opening it had(the window was not “clear” so you couldn’t see anything from inside)

I loved the hotel. Our room had a nice view out to the city. The shared restaurant had good food, but the best part was the craft beer options. The proximity to anything you needed was perfect. Restaurants, convenient stores, or the train station. All within less than 5 minutes. The English speaking staff was a big help and bonus, and there were ready to go to lists of great local restaurants based on what you wanted to eat, from ramen to sushi, and Italian to Indian.

The laundry service is just that, a service. They're a business hotel so naturally their laundry was meant for dry cleaned suits, but laundry is an option it's just very costly compared to coin machines, but a coin laundry was only 300m down the street. But the dry clean would be perfect for any freshly purchased kimonos as a tourist.
