Decent location, staff were very helpful and the room itself was spacious.

Room lacked some modern features such as a USB port or one switch that turns off all lights. Room can get a little dark in the evenings.

The staffs were very helpful and polite even before I checked into the hotel and had questions about the accommodation. Room is clean, bright, spacious (for Tokyo standards) and the environment was quiet. Requested for a good view and I must say I was blown away.

Definitely a walk from Shinjuku Station especially if you are not familiar with the place. However, cab rides to the station was just about ¥500-600 so it was not a big issue that cannot be solved.

Best location with connection to Nishishinjuku station and surrounded with beautiful, peaceful and nice area of Shinjuku.Big room with acceptable price compared to other hotels.Attentive housing staff 24 hrs a day.Various kinds of foods but of moderate quality only.

An executive lounge staff, rather short stature about 150 cms tall, who surrendered to an anguished man with huge luggage and a laptop who took executive lounge as his working office, not for snack or light meal time.He bothered with one forth to one fifth noise quality of a distant phone but not with the music played in the lounge.A little too serious look of reception staffs who do only their jobs but lack of hospiality and never smiled. But the staffs at the front of hotels are very helpful.

We loved the room as it was a good size. The location was excellent and the the courtesy bus to Shinjuku railway station was so convenient. The staff were exceptional. Yuki from the Concierge section was wonderful. She arranged an appointment for me to see a local english speaking doctor, who was 2 minutes walk away. She also helped us with directions and maps for all of the Tokyo attractions. She also suggested a Gray line tour to Mt Fuji by bus with a return on the Bullet train which was a fabulous tour. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good time in Tokyo during our 5 night stay.

The breakfast buffett was constantly crowded no matter what time you got there. It was so popular because the food was sensational.

Great location across the street from the maronouchi subway line and from a very nice park. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

Our room was very nice, but our kids' room next door to us could use a renovation. Not all rooms are beautiful. Also, the pool is very small and not a place you want to just hang out after a busy day of touring. We went to the rooftop bar on two separate evenings, and though they say the hours are till 10 pm, both nights we were asked to leave by 8pm.

Largest room in Tokyo for that price range Super large bed Great view, lots of light (which can also be an issue, read cons) Perfectly clean, classy transparent bathroom Incredible staff service, I got sick and they managed to find a clinic super quick (my japanese friends spent hours on phone and couldn't find one) Saved my trip to Okinawa, a million times ありがとうぎざいました

No balcony or even a window you can open, lacks of fresh air Old style curtains, they don't close that good so if you're a light sleeper lilke me expect to be awaken by light at 5.30am

The location was excellent, with a connecting tunnel that leads to Shinjuku Station. The room was spacious and clean. I especially liked they had a large desk that I could use. The cleaning and front room staff were great as well.

The bathroom oddly didn't have a full door or curtain , just a glass partition that covered half the tub. So for my first shower the floor got soaked, I adjusted the shower head to face the other direction more and it helped but it was annoying. The breakfast is just ok and you'd be better off going to a local place that's way less crowded and cheaper.

Location of the Hilton Tokyo hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, the heart of Tokyo's business, shopping and entertainment district, is very convenient. Hotel runs a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and Shinjuku station. Hotel offers excellent choices for the breakfast though limited options for the vegetarians, which can be improved. Staff of the hotel are very cooperative, friendly and helping.

Room rate is very high compared to similar hotels in nearby locations. Surprisingly, the hotel does not credit the points to Hilton Honour account if the booking has been done using the websites such as Booking.com. I think, that restriction should be removed.
