This area of Shinjuku is a very convenient area to stay in Tokyo. There are 3 underground stations within walking distance and a really nice park nearby. Quiet location and hotel with plenty of convenience food shops nearby. It's a business hotel so rooms are not huge BUT each has their own washing machine, sink and small hob should you need them. We stayed here twice, 2nd room layout was better than the first. Good showers, reasonable size bathrooms and helpful staff. We would stay here again if in Toyko.

Breakfast - not much to write home about and not really kept hot enough. Walk down to The Knot hotel bakery if you want some good bakery items for breakfast!

location is really good, central and quiet. Short walk to many good locations, and also easy to get a Taxi into Central Shinjuku.

The breakfast was more catered to local cuisine, I think it was described an an American Style buffet breakfast, I would not consider it that. It is convenient and a good continental option without having to leave the hotel.

My booked room was a little bit tiny, but we are talking about the capitcal city Tokyo. Yet it was very efficient, clean and spacious enough for me. The washing machine is directly in your room! The hotel is very close to specific train lines and other locations like the Shinjuku Park. For breakfast I could choose between western or asian breakfast which came with a manual on how to prepare them in few easy steps. I liked it! The staff was very kind and very helpful, even though with my limited japanese, they helped me in english perfectly. They offered the service Ta-Q-Bin to delivery your suitcases to another location like hotel, too! The checkout was simply done at the reception via self checkout machine. I liked the short stay there and I will definitely pay a visit again at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku!

You needed to eat your breakfast in your room. The lounge at the entrance was empty and not used most of the time.

As this was a business hotel, my room was fitted for long term living. A mini kitchen with a hot plate and cooking utensils, as well as a microwave. Washer/dryer combo and cleaning supplies. A large and comfortable bathroom with full amenities. And the staff was very helpful - I left something in the room and had to come back TWICE and the hospitality was top notch! Lastly, this is an amazing location that's a few train stops away from everything - not to mention the great views of Shinjuku Chuo Park and Toyko Metropolitan Gov't Building, with Shinjuku Gyoen nearby!

There's currently construction in the building. While it did not bother me some people may be off-put by the construction. I don't have any complaints, just something to fill this box...

Location is great. Walk straight less than 1 min to the metro station. McDonalds downstairs. 24-hr supermarket in 3 mins walking distance. Convenience stores and local restaurants around. Washing machine (Wash and dry the clothes ) easy to use, with washing detergent provided. Microwave oven is provided in the room for re-heating the food we bought from the supermarket. The toilet and washroom are separated. Free blend coffee provided on the ground floor from morning till midnight (12am). The mattress is with good support. The water strength is strong enough. Especially appreciate the staffs for changing the towels, they are polite and helpful.

The room was clean, but the washroom was not clean enough that the floor is dirty. We even saw a hair on the ceiling of the washroom but we didn’t complain.

The location is great, close to transport, with some good food options easily within walking distance. The nearby park isn't anything spectacular, but is quite nice. At a slightly longer walk you can also find lively night life which is preferable to a late night cab back from Golden Gai.

The washer/dryer was not good. Clothes came out smelling musty, took 3+ hours to dry, and refused to lower the heat at all despite best efforts to work the remote. The AC unit was similarly difficult to operate, although it did it's job when we finally figured out the remote.

Everything was perfect! From the room to the service at the reception. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and it had every comfort. I enjoyed my stay so much!

The location was a bit farther from train stations. However, the hotel was close to restaurants, cafes and Chou Park. I personally liked that it was away from the center of Shinjuku.

It was a bit farther from train station than I'd like. It was difficult to impossible to hire a taxi in Shinjuku.

Amazing staff as expected from Japanese people. Very kind and helpful. As they are not primarily English speaker they had several notes and guides that made it very easy to check in. They were also very kind in making me use their ground floor facilities even after check out and allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored the city. Clean Rooms and had everything you need specially on the bathroom.

A little bit difficult to get to the place with the train from Shibuya.
