The place is well located. Near the airport and has a bus station to Venice (5 minutes walking). They offer the pick up service from the airport at an accesible price. The room was big, very clean, comfortable and has a good view. The breakfast they offer was tasty with a variety of food. The bathroom had many items: towels, slippers, soap, body lotion, plastic bags to cover your hair when showering, tissues, etc.

The only thing I would recommend is to be more careful with the indications about the bus. They told me that they pass all night. However, the one I needed doesn’t.

Accessible on foot from the Marco Polo Airport. Great option if your flight is arriving very late or you need to depart early. Rooms were well-furnished with comfortable beds and big bathroom with a welcome drink. Big plus, we were able to store our luggage for free. There is a direct bus line to Piazzale Venezia or to Mestre nearby for a quick visit of the city. Overall, we were satisfied!

We thought the breakfast was a little overpriced, hence we didn't book it additionally. Perhaps a breakfast bag for those in need to check out earlier than usual would be a good solution ☺️

When my flight home from Venice was cancelled, I was in a rut. The hotel I was at was already fully booked and It was difficult to find a hotel for just one extra night. They really came through. Next time I'm in Venice, I think I'll just stay there instead! Staff was all really helpful. I needed a 4am shuttle to the airport and it was no problem. Plus I had a really great conversation with the gentleman who was working that awfully early shift The hotel was walking distance from a few restaurants. They had a nice pool and also some bicycles to go for a little ride. I went from super stressed out about not having a place to stay to having a really great last extra day.

Nothing I didn't like, they were excellent.

Great location - walking distance from the airport. It took us about 18-20 minutes with some luggage. Sidewalks are almost everywhere. Room was big and very clean. We noted the silence in the room and in the hotel. We also liked the huge garden with the pool were one can stay after the check out if they need to spend some time.

We had a night flight and they promissed us a shuttle to get us from the airport. But when we arrived the person in the hotel told that the shuttle was unavailable. Since it was a huge problem to get a taxi in the airport at that moment we had to walk to the hotel by foot.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The bathroom was spacious, the beds were comfy, the aircon was good. It’s a short 15 minute walk to the boats to head into Venice, only €15 for a return. There’s some lovely (very inexpensive) cafes within a short walk. The resort has its own restaurant which you can get a free shuttle bus to and the food is lovely! The pool is really nice and surrounded by greenery. We only stayed for one night but it was a very enjoyable stay. Shuttle bus to the airport is €15 for 1-4 people altogether, which is cheaper than a bus or taxi.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and bad coffee sadly. We ended up walking to a nearby cafe to get some nice coffee. It’s ok just for a small bite to eat to line the stomach before a flight but that’s it.

The bathroom was good, but! The shower cabin is awful! The door of cabin is so flimsy( It was hard to take shower( The second thing - the man at the reсeption said that they can drive us to the airport and it costs 15 EUR!! and near him was the plate "Free car from and to airport".... so this is strange... I thing the men from the reception put this 15 EUR in their pocket... ((( and you feel yourself stupid... so this is a negative part of our experience in the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in Italy during a July heatwave, and I was grateful for the AC and pool. This place is very close to Marco Polo airport and only a 7 minute walk to a bus stop for the airport and/or Venice. The grounds were large and quiet, and although I didn't spend much time outside (because of the heat), there were outdoor spaces. This place is excellent value for a hotel so close to the airport. I would stay here again.

My room was a little small (but probably not by European standards). That being said, it was perfectly acceptable and good value.

The hotel is very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle service to/from which is very convenient. The family room with 4 beds was clean and spacious with a big bathroom and tea/coffee station. Staff were helpful and the continental breakfast had many options. Good value for money, I definitely recommend it.

The room wasn't soundproofed. Unfortunately there was a couple in the next room who were partying until 4am. We could hear them laughing and chatting. The only issue we had in an otherwise very good stay.

Walking distance to good food options. The pool area was lovely. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle (needs to be scheduled). Very charming property and lovely staff. Internet was easy to access.

There were very few power outlets in the room. I had to wait until 2pm for check in (but they allowed me to wait on the patio). The front desk was very traditional and there was a short wait time for processing (but organized and pleasant).

About 20mins walk from the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was in the annex. Very interesting 2-floor layout, clean and comfortable. Number 5 bus stop a few mins walk away serving airport-Venice. Stayed there overnight as a stop off before moving on.

Would have liked a wider selection of hot food for breakfast, but what was available was ok.
