The staff are all friendly and helpful. They respond to messages quickly. Adapted to our flight delay without any fuss and were so welcoming. The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The beds were very cosy. The continental breakfast was fresh with a pretty good range of choices. The location is extremely convenient for coming or going to the airport. Good value for the price.

The rooms had some basic wear and tear that comes with age but nothing that made it uncomfortable.

Always stay here but I always ask for a main floor room because of mobility issues and just had shoulder replacement. When I went to get a cart for my luggage at 3 in the morning there were none. I asked the young lady and she said do you need it now. I said I would like it but she didn't move. So I had to lug everything from the end of the hall including a heavy cooler. Did my shoulder no good. Most girls are great at the property.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and roomy and the beds were so comfortable. After a full trip in the USA and staying in hotels for 2 weeks, this hotel was Grade A in comparison. It has very friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport, and parking and beds were super comfortable. There are restaurant and gas station options close by and a Tim Hortons right there. I was a great place to stay for the end of our trip and a relief. We will be staying here again next time we're in town.

The lights from the RV lot next door were very bright at night, but the curtains did well to keep the light out at night.

Excellent location right by the Edmonton International Airport, and next to a Tim Hortons (major bonus in my opinion!)! The free shuttle to the airport was hugely helpful too. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable, bathroom was excellently stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries, and the complimentary breakfast, though basic, was good. Highly recommend for travellers as a cosy stopover whilst awaiting onward travel!

Super convenient location with easy access to Edmonton and the surrounding area at a fantastic rate. The room, while dated, was incredibly clean. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and the water stayed hot for the entire shower. The bed was very comfortable and the halls were quiet right around 9pm onward. The AC worked well. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and kind. No issues and would definitely stay here again any time I am going to Edmonton.

There was plenty of parking for our truck and car Hauler. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet.

It's not really a complaint unless you're looking for a hot bacon and egg type of Breakfast. There was ample to choose from for a nice light breakfast such as porridge, toast, bagels, yogurts, muffins, fruit and of course coffees, teas and juices. Nice set up and monitored for stock and cleanliness by staff.

I love how clean the place is especially the room usually when i book a room from other place the moment you enter the room you know that its not clean just by the smell but here i was confident to lay in bed knowing that the room was cleaned properly and sheets are new. I hope it doesn’t change i know they have a new cleaning lady i hope she can continue making the place clean.

Hotel was very clean in every area.great care was taking from all staff to present a clean hotel .congrats to them for their team effort. Stayed at this accommodation twice and both times were very positive experiences. Our room consisted of a separate seating area with a desk, microwave and small fridge. The best part was a door closing it from bedroom and bathroom. This was absolutely perfect for a 01:00 Zoom call without disturbing my partner. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful and allowed us to have late checkout without extra cost. Free of charge washing machine and dryer near reception area. Very close to airport with airport shuttle. Plenty of parking onsite. Very inexpensive compared to other hotels and service provided.

Could not fault this hotel or the staff in any way.

very nice room

We could hear people (maybe kids) running around in the room right above us. this went in until around 11pm we asked the woman at the front desk the next morning how to get to the airport and she did not have a clue. This hotel is classified as an airport hotel and we woudl have expected to receive detailed driving instructions ie. go up the block trun left and go to the light etc.. The woman said she was from Edmonton and did not know how to direct someone to get to the airport. We had to use our gps on our phone
