Convenient and near all like grocery stores,bank, gasoline stations and etc

Housekeeping haven’t clean up our rooms or take our garbage out for our duration of our 3 days stay.

No breakfast available at the hotel. Given a limited breakfast chit for next door restaurant. Didn't use it.

The price was way higher for these dates then when I first looked online for a hotel. Prices when I first looked were around $159/night and we ended up paying $273/night because it was a long weekend. Yikes, significantly more than we hoped to be paying but no real choice

We like that it was close to Superstore. Walking distance to the Village Green Mall and Walmart. Also, Walking distance to Tim Hortons, Starbucks and various Restaurants.

I didn't realized that there wasn't a pool at that location. Which was my fault for checking.

Staff were pleasant, check in was quick. The room size was great, perfect for my husband and I and our dog

The cost was almost $200 more however at checkin. The price online doesn’t allow you to see the pet fee or taxes which is a little annoying. The room was quite dark and the AC wasn’t as strong as it could have been. Needs a little updating. If you have a large vehicle parking is a little harder and they ran out of spaces over the weekend however it looked like there was free street parking outside

When there was a problem with the booking.com confirmation, the hotel tried made several attempts to straighten it out and had resolved the issue by the time I checked out the next morning.

The neighbourhood was kind of run-down, the attached restaurant was over-priced for just a typical diner.

Magnetic strip cards to open doors are very outdated technology, and I had to refresh them daily, even though I kept them apart and separated from any other items.

EV charger was available this time. Continental breakfast including breakfast burritos since the restaurant was undergoing renovations.

Location is good. Kitchenette suites are spacious and comfortable.

Kitchenette suites are lacking enough dishes for a family of four. Very minimal kitchen utensils, cleaning items, etc. as well. Room cleaning service only as requested. Otherwise a very decent hotel.

The bed was the super comfortable, not like the hard mattresses we have come to expect at other hotels and our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed a very nice and surprisingly quiet night's sleep and the staff were great!
