Extra friendly staff. I dropped my phone case with my ID and bank cards inside by the elevator. It was retrieved soon after I departed. I called and was told they has found it. When I arrived back, I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby by a staff member who handed me my phone. She was relieved that it was in the right hands. Everything was still inside the case. THANK GOODNESS!! I appreciate the concern and friendliness! Also, the restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive.

Not close to any outside restaurants or shops. Small store area was never replenished. Not sure if part of current protocol, but no one came to clean our room. We only stayed 2 nights, maybe that’s why or short handed?

Hard to find parking, we end up parking on red with risk of towing but we had a parking slip from the front desk. So happy when we found our car still parked

The location was perfect.

I didn't like that they gave me a 2 bed room even after I've reserved for 1 bed. In the end, they switched it to one bed, but the bathroom was disabled people. They could have given that type room to someone who really needed it.

Hotel was ok for my stay. Typical of a large chain hotel. Only complaint was my room was at end of building directly facing Interstate 101 highway. Road noise was bad.

The receptionist was kind. Room was clean and the location was quite accessible. Perfect for business trips.

Bedroom and bathroon were big, we had a nice night of sleep after a long flight. Hotel is beautifull and shuttle service really good.

Unfortunatelly cofee machine didnt work, a staff member came in while we were in that good moment couples do and breakfest was not enough.
