I was traveling with my adult son, so I liked the layout of the suite how it had completely separate rooms and each their own bathroom that was a perfect place for us to stay. And the location was also excellent with many places within walking distance, even though we had a car, it was nice to walk around and grab dinner.

I only had one complaint about the property and that was if I were to make a suggestion, I would suggest getting rid of all the carpet and putting down laminate flooring. The suite was lovely. It was very clean, but there was always that lingering odor of old carpet that was the only negative in my stay at the property. It was a very nice property. It was very clean. The bedding and the towels were immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very very nice if it just had not had that odor, it would’ve been perfect!

EXCELLENT customer service! we arrived 3 hours late - after midnight - due to traffic and the front desk staff was super nice and even tracked down a luggage cart for me. The next morning the staff helped me in the business center when there were issues with the printer. The room was clean and worked well for us!

Not enough handicap parking. And construction material are blocking one of the handicap parking spaces. Life is tough enough for those of us who are handicapped. PLEASE relocate the building supplies to a non-handicap parking space.

It was a good price. The location was convenient for going all directions. Loved the 2 room with 2 bath suite.

Unfortunately everything the furniture was very old and dated. Clean but had stains. They are doing some remodeling hopefully the will be up dating the furniture. I would be willing to stay again. They need to replace the light bulbs throughout the room and fixtures. The florescent bulbs are at the end of their lives and the light is very faded.and dull.

This hotel was very good value for money and we enjoyed our two night stay in a queen suite. The rooms were spacious and clean, with two bathrooms, bedroom and sitting room. The decor and carpets were beginning to look a little dated but it was fine. Parking was easy and there were a number of restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful staff at check in and departure.

Breakfast was very basic with limited choices.

Our room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities.The bed was firm with plenty of pillows. We were at the end of a hallway so it was very quiet! The room was decorated nicely and modern. It had a fridge and microwave. Free hot breakfast too!

There was a vehicle with people hanging around the back of the hotel. It looked like they were planning to stay a while. We just made sure our vehicle was locked up. They were gone early the next morning. You needed a key to access the hotel so we felt pretty safe once we were inside.

The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was pretty.

There was remodeling going on above my room, so it could get a little loud after 7am. However, I was usually up and getting ready for the day by then, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Our room was comfortable, it was in a good location, the breakfast was ok, and the staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff was great. We had a nice view of the mountains, too.

The wifi wasn't great and the TV channel selection was only ok. The hallway was weirdly warm.

It was a great price and location. It was a very nice room with a refrigerator and small microwave. There is currently no housekeeping due to Covid, but towels and sheets provided as needed. I would stay again - we enjoyed the breakfast and restaurants are right next door. We ate dinner one night at the picnic table. :)

The hallway smelled musky upon entering and our sink was clogged. I was woke up very early by a dog barking in the hallway.

We had a room on the 4th floor and it was clean and very comfortable. We were close to the elevator. And we heard no noise. Hotel is very convenient to the Garden of the Gods.

the hotel itself could use an update. You have to walk to the front door to get in for breakfast or to ck out. small problem but, it could be hard for some people. If coming in from I24 the drive is very confusing since it shares a driveway with Wendy's.

Good moderate hotel. Room was clean...no daily room cleaning unless requested which was fine for us. Typical free breakfast with some healthy choices. I would stay here again since it's near a family celebration and their house was full of guests.

No real suggestions. It's not luxurious but it totally fit our needs. A convenient location near Garden of the Gods and the main highway and several fast food restaurants plus a 7-11 are within walking distance.
