it was clean, neat and roomy. The mattress was excellent. The location is good for easy on/off Route 3. The staff was outstanding. From check in to departure, the staff took care of us splendidly.

Although there was a a Dunkin’s within walking distance (yeah!), there is no supermarket nearby. Not a deal breaker for us, but we needed to find one on our last trip. we have family in the area and would definitely stay there again.

The DoubleTree Hotel was a nice place to stay during my Holiday in America to visit family. The Design of the Hotel building is very gorgeous and I would have loved to visit this place during the summer due to its swimming pool and gym facilities. The beds were very comfortable and services provided were impressive. The hotel reception even offered me a complimentary cookie 🍪

Although the WiFi was brilliant, I remember trying to use the internet to get in touch with my family and catch a ride however on my check-out day, the Internet was down which was a bit inconvenient. I also tried to use the computers at the reception however they did not work

the staff is wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean.

the air conditioning did not remove humidity and my room always felt damp. It was cool, though. There aren't accessible stairwells. I don't like using elevators and there wasn't an option.

The front desk has snacks, candy, beverages, and more available onsite to purchase at any hour. Room service, a restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor, breakfast was included, a gym, and a heated pool outside. I was impressed by all the available hand sanitizer stations that were through out the hotel. The staff is welcoming and available to assist your needs. Free parking, comfy beds, a/c, heat, complimentary items available upon request for common items you may forget to pack. We misplaced my son's EpiPen bag and housekeeping found it. We searched the room with no luck. The hotel called and left us a message that they can/will mail it to us and charge the shipping to our credit card used for our room. I am more than happy to pay shipping over replacing my sons epi pen, medical bag and his covid shot card. Very pleased and wish we stayed there for the first two nights we were visiting the beach. We will definitely return!!! We will definitely stay in a DoubleTree by Hilton again!!!

Staff value and location to our family.

Some old maintenance stuff that's just left over from an old building. Old door knob outlines on old doors, grout in places was old. But overall very good and great value.

The staff was incredible Leticia was great friendly helpful and made our stay perfect Check in was flawless any thing I needed she seem to have Best customer service I have experienced in a long time

Comfortable room — good location to visit family in Hingham.

They need a little more attention to removing dead potted plants by the entrance and making sure the Doubletree sign is seen from the Main St. We missed where to turn as no sign was visible.

Location is very good, but it is very hard to fin a cab/uber from Rockland. Breakfast was good. Jim from the lobby desk was super helpful all the time and shared some cookies with us.

During the 6 days we stayed, the room was only cleaned once, after two times of requesting it.

Sundries available in the lobby with complimentary water. A Continental breakfast was offered instead of their typical buffet-style breakfast due to Covid. Gym facilities and pool area were clean and well-maintained. Rooms were immaculate and well-appointed. King size bed and feather pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was well-lit and spacious with plenty of counter space. Towels were larger than most hotels and they were plush and absorbent.

The front desk staff were awesome. I wish I remembered their names, because they were so sweet and accommodating. Those fresh baked walnut chocolate chip cookies were also a nice surprise!
