Confortable bedding, all necessary products, great continental breakfast refilled regularly, location is good compared to the price !

Fridge does a horrible noise, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep at night. Also, it may be something personal but the light switch have a very flashy pilot night that I had to hide, but I'm sensitive to light for sleeping. The planes and trains are noisy too but I don't count that because we were not disturbed at night for that, and it's according to the price as well.

I really liked that the room was clean and also that the breakfast was included. According to the price what we paid it was really worth it! I can see why the hotel doesn’t have the best feedback about the location, but we arrived by car so the downtown is just a 12 min drive so it wasn’t a problem for us, but I don’t know about public transportation. The front desk lady was so nice and we got a really clean, nice room! The breakfast was also a good experience with the omletts, waffles and oatmeal! This hotel totally worth the price, good experience, we highly recommend it!

There wasn’t really a thing I didn’t like.

First off I never write reviews. I'm not sure anyone cares what I think about two nights in Dorchester Comfort Inn Right? I was actually there March 31 to April 2. Anyway... There was an issue with the bathroom. A bit of a flood. Rooms were switched but it was a Saturday and a couple of us who were affected were a little worried. Some went totally bonkers ( or maybe thay were that way when they checked in and this was just fuel to their crazy ). The manager ( I don't remember her name ) actually came down to fix things. She was interesting. Really something to look at ( and I don't mean that in bad or derogatory way ). Think Boston or New England Kim K. I kept thinking if this woman can look that fabulous ( I hate the word but it applies ) and is kind and a professional then this will be okay. And she was. She made everything right. She was a boss. You knew it. I wish her luck. I'm happy for her.

<--- " why is there a frowny face here ? " Anyway It wasn't my best couple of days personally. I wish I could have enjoyed it more. Odd there are no microwaves. That's my only squawk. But they have a kitchen ( yes with a microwave ) as big as a diner on the first floor where you can go sit and cook and eat. I'm sure this is the result of some prior microwave disaster in one of the rooms.

We really appreciated the free shuttle but on arriving we had to wait awhile and initially we got on the wrong shutter even though it said, for comfort Inn , we had to go back to the airport. I’ll be dropped off. I’m waiting for another shuttle. it took us over an hour and a half to get settled in that was kind of taxing since we had already been traveling for many hours on the plane.

Again, took a while to get settled, so I already didn’t have much time to rest so we ended up only resting for about four hours, and had to get up and go.

Great reception- all around. The ride to airport was wonderful, just wished it arrived to hotel pickup on time.

The fire curtains were ripped and a change machine is needed. The first and second day, my ankles were bit, after sleeping on the bed. Learned to sleep on top of mattress.

The hotel was situated a little far from downtown but they provide a free and convenient shuttle service to a nearby subway station that can take you anywhere! The staff, including the drivers, were really nice. When the shuttle gets full, they will return to get you and ensure you get a ride to the station. The breakfast selection was decent. They have the basics waffles, sausages, eggs, etc. The room was clean and the AC works wonderfully, especially during the summertime.

The breakfast area can get pretty busy, especially during the peak tourist season and there may not be tables available immediately. If you're in a rush to go downtown and the shuttle is full, you'll probably need to book an uber. Other than that, I recommend the place!

Well-equipped hotel. Good for families and couples. Breakfast was great!

I tried to call the reception from my room soon after we arrived. Nobody answered, and nobody called back. My husband had to go downstairs to ask the question. The bathtub looked a bit overused. The girls at the reception were nice, but I would appreciate it if they smiled more :)

Shuttle to railway station every hour was a fantastic bonus! My room was clean and really comfortable. I appreciated the desk space for my work. The breakfast included in price was also a real bonus, with plenty of choice. Wifi was reliable throughout my 5 day stay. My luggage was delayed, so it was great to have a Stop and Shop store just across the road.

From the information given, I thought there was a restaurant on site. It needs to be made clear that it is attached to the bowling alley close by.

I really enjoyed breakfast there with my friends. Was really diverse! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was covinient. Parking was huge, so was no problem to find a parking spot. We recommended!

Unfortunately, we weren't informed before hand that the parking fee for one night costs $10. I think this information should be attached on the website. Other this were really good for us. The uber from the hotel to the city was pretty cheap.
