Breakfast was great...kids loved it(waffle machine...yes!!!)and for me it was Folgers coffee and DOVE product. All my favorites from home!!!

On our last day, housekeeping did not have enough bath towels and promised to bring it by during the day while we were out. Came back at 11 pm at night and no bath towels for our showers. Working in the hospitality industry I do not complain over little things, but it was a long, hot day down town and I had no energy to hunt down towels! But, the ladies from housekeeping were always great, so please, this is NOT a complaint.

The room was nice, breakfast was great, and a good location near public transportation to go into Boston.

We booked here for many reasons, mostly that there was a shuttle to take us to and from public transportation to get in and our of the city of Boston. However, no one answered the phone when we called multiple times to get the shuttle from the station. We had to walk a good distance back to the hotel since they did not do as promised and give us a shuttle back. This was after a 10 hour day exploring Boston! Because of this lack of interest/professionalism, I will not stay here again.

I thought the room was great, spacious and worth what we had paid. The breakfast was great and that the staff were great especially when we talked to them about the kids running around at 2 am. They handled it but could have actually went and told the kids to go to bed or to quit running around. I liked that they had snacks for the marathon runners and was happy with the accommodations.

The children running up and down the hall at 2 am. The fact that the one hallway smelt like someone had used the bathroom in it. The elevator was sketchy and it felt unsafe. I didn’t like how many different doors we had to go through to get to our room either but that’s more preference than anything.

1. Cheapest place in Boston for my dates. 2. Good breakfast: hot oatmeal, eggs, turkey patty, cereal, waffles, fruit, granola, bagels, toast, hot tea/water, juice. 3. Easy checkin/checkout process. 4. Child/xtra people up to 4 stay for free.

1. All food is served in single use plastic and the kitchen lady didn’t want to share the knife (we needed to cut ginger for tea). 2. Parking costs $10 per night. 3. Wifi is good only at the lobby. 4. No microwave in the room.

The hotel is in a great location , they have a shuttle to and from the airport for $10 each way, and a free shuttle every day on the hour to the train station, which is do easy to get to Boston city and any where you need to go from there, the breakfast was really good and the hotel was quiet,a really pleasant stay

Only fault is I would have liked some proper cutlery, they only had plastic, but that's just being really picky

The hotel is nicely set out, with rooms giving on a corridor around a central courtyard. The open corridor over the courtyard was very pleasant. Breakfast did not work out for us the last day, as we left early for the plane. The shuttle was brilliant, however, both coming and going.

I was unable to communicate with the hotel easily, as my phone did not work well internationally. An option to contact them to arrange the shuttle by email instead of by phone would have allowed me easier access. The shuttle service must go to south Boston from the airport, and this created some difficulty on our travel to the hotel, as there were works in the tunnels. The shuttle staff did their utmost, but this could still determine whether we "risk" going to south Boston from the airport in future. In the event, the morning travel to the airport was fine, as the work was finished by that point.

I liked the shuttle service from the airport and the quality of the staff, who were efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was very good on my first stay, but sadly on my second I had to leave before it was set up.

There were works on the tunnel, which snarled traffic. This meant that travelling south of the city from the airport is particularly problematic. Indeed, my husband said that staying on the north side of town might be a good move next time just to deal with traffic issues. That being said, the shuttle did not take overly long - even with really difficult traffic - to get to the hotel in the evening, and in the morning there was no problem at all: the trip to the airport took only about 20 minutes. We left before breakfast and, of course, a few packets of biscuits would have been appreciated in the breakfast room even in the middle of the night!

Lovely staff, I'd like to thank them all personally for their kindness and professionalism. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, the property is wheelchair accessible and pet welcoming, free shuttle service is included and a wide range of breakfast options is available from 6 to 10. Coffee kettle in the room and snacks available for purchase at any time.

Nothing concerning the hotel, just consider it may take up to one hour time to reach it from the airport in traffic rush hours (mostly late afternoon/early evening). The shuttle is anyway always available and drivers really kind and professional.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, and started sufficiently early for those of us with jet lag. We were very pleasantly surprised, having not considered Dorchester before. The shuttle bus to the T make reaching the rest of Boston very easy.

The evening meal was at the neighbouring bowling alley. The menu at the alley was extensive but they had almost none of the items that were listed. This was a disappointment. It is hard to walk to other places from the hotel, so after a long flight, one wants a meal within walking distance. Sadly, the offering close by was very disappointing.

Easily the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever had in a hotel at any price point. Even more comfortable than our bed and pillows at home. Good, extensive hot and cold breakfast that was kept well-stocked. Small but very clean outdoor pool in an open square of the hotel with a lifeguard on duty. Very close to airport.

Our room was on a hall overlooking the pool. There was a lot of loud foot traffic from guests at times. Shabby looking on the outside and a very tight parking lot, some halls looked shabby, too, but lobby, breakfast area, and our room were all remodeled and lovely. Lighting was a bit dim in the room. Towel were put in a not obvious place, under the sink outside the bathroom, leading us to think there weren't any.
