The hotel was very clean but I found sandwich and muffin in my refrigerator but as far as everything else it was very clean. We're only human and I'm sure the maid forgot to look

I was accused of smoking in my room and they just took my money. After a week of calling them the manager called me back to tell me that the maid made a mistake and gave her the wrong room number she saw me go to my car to smoke then return to my room to leave. I was refunded my money but I was still upset due to the fact that I had to wait so long to get a call from the manager to clear things up eventhou I had called everyday. Even in my anger I can say that the staff was very nice I'm not trying to bash them over their maid not paying attention to her room number and could have got me band and pay for something I didn't do.

The hotel had great proximity to downtown ($8 Uber ride). The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions and flexibility with check-out time. It was exactly what I expected: clean, quiet, continental breakfast, king bed. It's so nice to not have any surprises when you're arriving after a long drive.

The area directly around the hotel seemed a bit sketchy/ run down. However, as a single female traveler, I did feel safe on the hotel property and parking my car (well lit parking lot)

Breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful when I called about a charge that was incorrect in my credit card.

I wish the bathroom was cleaner. I had to unplug the bath as soon as I arrived because it was filled with old water and it was pretty gross. There was also some carpet missing in my room, just a hole in the middle of the room

We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in room 117 and the room was big, bathroom was big and we never heard a peep from the hallway or anyone! Facilities were clean and hotel was safe. We plan on staying here again next weekend

If I had the make a complaint.. the pillows are thin but you can double them up.

I was only there for a day and a half to attend a conference but everything was nice and clean. Can't complain. Check-in was quick, and so was checking out.

The vending machine was sold out of water bottles. That's the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, everything else was fine

Overall very good stay and service. Room a and location where clean. Staff where all friendly. Pool and fitness room where finally back open again, as well as a slightly better breakfast selection.

On my return each day my key card did not work.The key cards needed to be reprogrammed everyday! I observed several other guests with the same issue?

The room was very nice, as was the staff. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected.

We had a spa bath long room, and couldn't seem to get the jets to work in the tub. It was very nice and roomy though, and it was nice to just be able to take a large bubble bath.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

The location wasn't great. It's not really close to anything. You'll need to drive a bit to get to anything you might want to do.

The lady that checked us in was exceptional. We had been driving around for close to two hours looking for someplace to stay the night. We had made reservations online but accidentally put the wrong date in. She was able to get us a room there even though they were full. She was helpful and couldn't have been nicer.

We had no problems with our stay.

I Liked The Whirlpool Tub, was Very Relaxing..

I Didnt Like That The Pool Was Closed when I Went There, And Also That There Wasnt Any Breakfast,I Hadnt Had Any Dinner The Previus Night,so I was Starving When I Left There. They Had A Snack Bag You Could Take but wasnt much in it but a Muffin And Some Water,They Was Oranges In The Lobby But They Werent Any Good.They Were Starting To Get Moldy,and only had 2 there,had to throw them Out. And Also Found Some Pubic Hair In The Whirpool.
