I have left a review already but figured I would add in, we ended up staying an extra night, & was able to keep the room we were in, the prices are very fair, the employees was friendly adding my night, & making sure the noise above us was addressed. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable , & we were offered clean towels & toiletries daily. This will be the hotel we choose from now on.

The minor things wrong were what other guests did by not respecting others space, & not correcting their children, or making them pick up their trash & leaving it by the pool. Also, the jets had a very minimal blow in the hot tub, & the water was low. But the water was very warm, & it worked well enough.

Very Comfortable Room, Pool was Warm, & Hot Tub was too. Employee's were friendly & helpful. Overall Quiet Stay.

Pool area needs to be cleaned a little better. Some guests were not respectful sharing the pool area. The employees did their best to correct guests that did not show respect for others.

The place was clean! which to me is surprising due to the low staff, the full occupancy etc. . I am a Flint resident, we lost power and ended up here.

The location, it's not in the great part of Genesee co. A lot of rift raft Rollin in and out of the area. It is a good spot to stop in a pinch.

It was cool they had breakfast but they kept running out of things so I think they can do better on that part but everything else was great. Also I feel when people are staying more than two days the room should get cleaned after the second day.

That my bedroom couldn’t get cleaned until the fourth day I was there.

The room met our expectations, and the staff was very friendly!

Our room had some red stains on the walls and in the sink, and the chair provided had stains on it as well. Just overall cleanliness wasn’t great.

I like the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even at checkout time we weren't rushed out.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was fantastic.

Right next door to Cracker Barrel. Perfect location where I didn’t have to drive to get food. The room was clean. The jacuzzi was nice. Only thing bad about it was when you turned the water on it had a funny smell to it. The shower was amazing. I want one of those shower heads at home. Was quiet. Asked for extra towels and got them.

The elevator was super scary. When you step on it, the eleventh felt like it was about to fall. The carpet really needs to be fixed in it as well. The room did not have a fridge which was a bummer to me. The remote was just “hanging” around. With COVID-19 out here you would figure they would put something over the remote to let you k is it had been sanitized before you used it. There was no cover. Just sheets on the bed.

the $100 - you need to workout a different system. I usually don't carry that much cash. You should have been up front bout it before I came.

It was nice and clean…The room was very comfortable and spacious….It had a microwave and 2 fridges…I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but I would stay here again

I paid for the whole weekend and I didn’t like that I came back to the room after going to a funeral and being looked outta my room…I didn’t like that I had to wait for clean towels..

The room was clean ,everything was fine with our stay. It was nice that the Cracker Barrel was right next within walking distance.

I was alittle disapointed that the pool was closed for maintenance.
