Quality Inn Brunswick Cleveland South

The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and courteous. We arrived early and they worked hard to ready our room as quickly as possible for us. The room was very clean.

The exterior door key card lock was broken. So it was always unlocked allowing anyone to enter the facility at any time. Also our room door would not latch completely unless you pulled strongly on it. A couple of times I discovered it wasn't latched. The main light on the desk in the front of the room did not work. The room was very dark. And the lighting in the bathroom was poor and mounted very high. A warning for the ladies, it is hard to do your makeup in there.

The motel was super clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We appreciated how quiet it was especially in the evening.

This is very minor, but it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon as an option for breakfast, but what they did offer was good.

Location perfect for my needs. Just off the highway and close to a variety of restaurants. Room had fridge and microwave. Staff member helped without my asking shovel snow away around my car when stuck in snow.Most kind. Also received a very kind welcome when I arrived.Coffee was available when needed.

The to go breakfast. Not really a big deal as I had some breakfast food with me.Also Covid guidelines might hinder the hotel offering more.

The breakfast was good, hot and delicious, rooms were very clean and comfortable, bed were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The staff was very friendly and very helpful!!

It was clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and courtesy. Room was also very comfortable and the amenities were very convenient. Shower was very nice, hot and easy to operate.

Breakfast was just a grab and go which was somewhat disappointing. Blame it on the whole COVID-19 situation.

Many choices for breakfast. Especially liked the waffles and provided coffee.

Our second night was noisy with people using the cart for their luggage and the heat made a banging nose that kept us up.

Breakfast was good although I wish they had decaf coffee in the machine.

It would be great if they would repair the pool and make that available again

It was generally quiet with ample parking. It was blocks from where we needed to be and made our trip to see friends easy.

I don't seem to remember anything I didn't like.

This hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a good price. The staff were nice and polite.

The toilet ran all the time.

I really liked the carpet because so many rooms do not have it anymore

I stayed here before and I thought there was more selection for breakfast; there was nothing to put on bagels. No butter, margarine, cream cheese. But taco sauce??
