The bed was fabulously comfortable and I'm so very happy when the TV is either a smart tv that's easy to connect to and doesn't require some paid app or something or it's easily connectable via an HDMI cord! Also like that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Sadly I slept in too late for breakfast and never had time to get in the pool. The manager that was on duty when it was time for me to check out was so kind and patient giving me a very generous late check out as I was trying to come up with funds to stay another night and I wish I had gotten her name cause she was deserving of pat on the back for sure! Shorter stylish black lady probably about 50yrs old.

The ac in the room was pretty weak and didn't get very cold either and that was the main reason for the stay as my power was out at my house and I have an elderly dog who needs it. Also the finishes and fixtures in the room were becoming a bit weathered. The microwave that I mentioned above was filled with a glacier and seemed to only be getting it's coldness from that glacier. The coffee in the room was putrid probably mainly because it had such sad and cheap fixings for it. I forget what all the listing said the room had but one thing I know for sure was that it was listed as "pet friendly" which I was notified by management that it in fact is NOT pet friendly.

Location was Perfect! Staff was incredibly Amazing! Shout out to Tiffany, she was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You rock lady!! Perfect location for our Bachelorette party stay for the entire weekend!

Left elevator was not working properly we got sketched out and almost stuck a couple times Then it went Completely down and catching the elevator was a Very Long Wait when checking out... Other than that This hotel and Staff were Absolutely Amazing! Will Definitely be back and Definitely recommend!

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. The free breakfast was very good. Very pleased that they still refreshed the room after our first night.

Room air conditioner may not have been operating properly. The room was a bit stuffy. But it wasn't bad enough to complain about during our stay. We did let them know at checkout so they could have someone check it.

The food was great, the location worked out very well. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very kind and available.

We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled like cigarette smoke but the staff were able to help with that. It was also disturbing to have the elevators not fully operational.

Easy to get to hotel. Parking behind hotel was good. Nice free breakfast including, bacon & sausage, eggs, Danish, cereal, toast & fruit. Nice frig/ microwave & sink in room, Nice room size & comfy bed. Each side of bed has a small lite to read so not to disturb your spouse. Staff very nice. I would stay here again

The window drapes were hanging on one side & my husband hooked them back up, the shower curtain didn't close properly.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Nice, large, and well-equipped room. Tasty breakfasts. The hotel is far from Down Town, but it is accessible by bus (a few minutes) or on foot (approx. 20 min.).

There was a problem with air circulation in the room (presumably temporary). The hotel does not issue an invoice when the booking is made through Booking.com.

It was clean, they had good lotions and soap that smelled amazing. The location of it is perfect cause all of the food places were around! They have snacks and frozen food that you can heat up in the lobby. They had a pool and breakfast in the morning.

Hotel staff was very curtious and kind. I was in Pittsburg for a lung transplant evaluation and desk clerk inquired everyday about my condition.

Ended up finishing a day early and just feel hotel could have worked with me on my last day stay considering when the time comes for my transplant we will be booking 3 rooms for an extended stay.

I liked the room, the recycled building and the breakfast!

The location is relatively quiet, but to reach downtown walking, it is necessary to go through a sordid area that made me feel unconfortable and unsafe....

I liked the extra sitting area in the room. I arrived to breakfast just before 10 a.m. and everything was completely gone. We were not able to get any breakfast.

There was green mold all over the ceiling and some on the wall. This is a liability health issue. Hopefully we will not get sick from the mold.
