Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.

When we arrived the toilet paper roll was almost gone and no extra roll in the room. I contacted the front desk and they sent an employee to our room with a roll of toilet paper right away. I am sure this was just a minor overnight by the person you cleaned the room prior to our arrival.

The hotel was downtown with easy access to restaurants and bars. It’s in a good area with lots to do. The second room we had was lovely, spacious with views and what it should have been to start with. Some staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was awful to say the least. Worst scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted - dry and tasteless. The chef gave us chips thinking we wouldn’t notice. The first one was dark and facing multi storey parking. The lighting wasn’t great either. They wouldn’t help us with our suitcases as they didn’t have ‘bell boys’. They do not offer water bottles in the room and for over $300 a night, it’s disappointing.

Location was ideal for what we came to the city to do. Didn’t need to utilize any of the additional services and was happy about the valet option cause wouldn’t of had a clue of where to park my vehicle.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.

Sometimes the restaurants/bars across the street are noisy if you're in a street facing room. If you don't mind a little background noise it's fine.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms and the staff are all super friendly. We were up on the 9th floor with a view of the city. Not the greatest but who cares. It was quiet and relaxing so we were super happy. I’m sure if we requested a river view it would have been pretty terrific too. Love the key card operated elevator, and the fact that they hold your luggage past check out if you’re at the Steelers game (!!!!) that’s fabulous!

My only bummer was that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so it got a bit stale with hot showers, but pffft, I’ll survive. I’m sure the expense of valet parking makes some people unhappy, but again we didn’t have to think about parking on Saturday with people there for the Pitt game, the race on Sunday morning (road closures) and then the game. Yea, all traffic points to the tunnel, but that’s the price you pay. Not a biggie and not a hotel problem.

Me and my boyfriend aren't needy people so we didn't need much from the staff, but we did ask for a box of tissues and they arrived to our room quickly and we greatly appreciated it! Checking in and out was super quick and easy with no issues! I also liked the safety feature with the room cards being needed for the elevator and the front entrance past midnight.

My only complaint is the shower head in the bathroom. It was pointed in a bad direction and I couldn't adjust it. I'm fairly short and the stream hit me directly in the face no matter how far back I stood.

The gym was a little bit limited, but not a problem. I avoided the valet parking charges because they seemed too high relative to the daily price of garages and lots nearby.

Rooms were a good size, very clean. Bathroom was a good size too!! We were traveling with friends and they happily offered to put us close together on the same floor. Also the gentleman working valet when we arrived was so friendly with a great personality!!

Great and convenient location. Beautiful view! Multiple restaurants near by. Walking distance to the convention center and many places downtown.
