everything was amazing. they were super kind and helpful. it was so close to all the Disney parks 5-7 min away by Uber or Lyft. they do provide shuttles, but we had our own time schedule. there is a Walgreens that is open 24/7 10 min walk away. Besides that ( even tho the Starbucks was under renovation) they do provide the coffee with the Starbucks coffee beans. We were pleasantly surprised of the brand rituals provided in the bathroom. we use them in Holland as well. It has a warm kindness to it all. we enjoyed our honeymoon.

At first we had a room where the AC didn’t work and it was extremely loud. Steven overheard the situation and helped us right away. We had been offered an amazing room (I actually had tears of happiness). So the service is above and a beyond.

size of the suite .. well equipped kitchen area with good size fridge/freezer. large bedroom with comfortable bed. view of the pool. always smelled nice when entering the hotel. large pool area. within walking distance of plaza with 4/5 different style restaurants. ample parking close to hotel. short distance to Celebration town and Publix supermarket. welcome tray a nice addition. nice towels.

two chairs on balcony needed a small coffee table,nowhere to put drinks. Didn’t like the wrist style key card. Bath although low to the floor would have been safer with grab handles for ease of getting in and out. poor quality toaster. No free coffee in reception .. pay machine. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant seemed overpriced.

Beautiful pool area with a nice atmosphere and entertainment in the evening. Our room was lovely and well cleaned. The kitchen area had everything we could have needed. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was nice. Easily walking distance from some food places and a Starbucks. The room was very quiet so we got an excellent night's sleep.

Check in was slow, when we arrived we were ignored by two members of staff who seemed to be doing something on the computer. After 5 minutes they checked us in. The shuttles to the theme parks are infrequent so we ended up getting Ubers most of the time.

To tell you the truth we love everything the facility was so clean we have never experienced lodging like this before. Words cannot express how pleased myself and my wife was. Wish I could have stayed longer even after checking out we hung around the pool area just enjoying the view.

I liked the room size and the convenient location. It is close to highways, and the property is relatively easy to find. It is close to several restaurants and pharmacies, which makes it convenient for families. Parking is easy to navigate.

Some of the room furniture was damaged (drawer chest), which made it hard to use or unusable. Through the Booking app, we asked for and confirmed a crib for our room, but it wasn't there when we arrived. We had to request it a second time in person. The hotel staff made it available shortly after checking in.

Always clean and very close to the parks . A lot of stores and food places near . Main water pipe line broke causing some rooms to have no air . Front desk rep walked to a room made sure it had air and gave us a two bedroom upgrade .. I have stayed at this hotel since my daughter was 3 she is going in 11 . Always get the best services and rooms hotel stay kept up with they actually add more newer things like a restaurant very cutie love the melia !!

Nothing really

We had a 2 bedroom suite, it was basic but very clean and the beds were amazingly comfy. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The location was excellent but by far the staff makes this property. Every single staff member went above and beyond. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, perfect size resort. the people were so nice and friendly! there were lots of extras! activities and snacks for kids, a show at the pool! There was some construction going on. This made it difficult to get to our car, but the property is not so big, not a big deal. a few things with the room that could be better. The toilet was running, the handle for the shower flung off! both things my husband was able to fix. I’ll be happy to come back!

The hotel is beautiful, great pool, cool staff, very fair price, no up charges at the desk which we appreciated and good location only 15 minutes away from the universal+ they have shuttles to all the parks
