Really nice hotel, located perfectly close to all the big shopping malls(except Iconsiam) and Bangkok art and culture centre(BACC). The bed was perfect for me and I slept really well all nights(3). Nice touch that there was a 7/11 right in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent with all you could ever want. For 200 Bath, you get access to the swimmingpool on the top floor, and that includes 1 drink.

The location of this hotel is perferct and the city views were awesome. On the door step of the trainstation to go anywhere, so from airport and back it was a breeze.. A few 100 meters away from the best shopping in Bangkok. Close to all the markets to get some of the best street thai food. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. There is a 7/11 in the hotel, so it was easy to pick up bits and pieces with no issues. Overall the hotels location and friendly staff stood out most for me.

We had an issue with the safe in our room, you can hear other rooms quite clearly during the night, the rooms are small (but if you more of an outgoing person I dont think it would be an issue) Small issues that dont take too much away from the whole experience just some things to consider.

we enjoyed the hotels location right in front or the MBK mall and super close to Asian square etc. hotel room was small, but expected. We got a baby bed, and also straighten iron when I asked for it. thank you.

Location was great - National Stadium BTS was right outside the hotel, one stop away from Siam BTS (easily walkable as well). Surrounding area had great food options. Did not encounter much traffic jams near the hotel as compared with the Siam area. Rooms were clean and tidy - Clean rooms and toilets, towels and shampoo provided were adequate for our stay. Housekeeping was also very good. Slept well - No sounds heard during the night, only woke up due to the sunlight filtering in through the window.

Its proximity to BTS National Stadium. it’s strategic location for taking a cab as there is high connectivity of road network. Besides there are good amenities such as bank tellers/machines, convenient shops within the hotel lobby and one that’s outside the hotel. many make shift Street food stalls outside the hotel. The hotel tv channels offer a wide range and mostly in Thai language and there are some good international news channel too. the toiletries provided are basic yet useful. the money change rate is also reasonable. The staff was patient and helpful. She explained the check in procedure and the deposit fees. Another staff was helpful to help us dial for a cab at 545am bounding for the airport and it was pretty fast. The bellhop was instrumental in communicating with the driver on the payment and pricing. After a week, the deposit fund was refunded to my credit card. There was no deduction of funds such as it was placed as holding funds in my credit card bill. Yes, I would make a return to stay in this hotel again.

The warm yellow nights are few and dim. the fridge was not working. The shower area is narrow. But to be fair, the room is spacious and there is huge luggage spaces below the bed.

Location is really good, BTS (metro) was just beside the hotel and it is connected to MBK and Siam Discovery Malls. It is also very near to Siam Paragon and Siam Center (15mins walk). What is most convenient is the 7-11 inside the hotel where you can stock up plenty of drinks and a wide variety of delicious microwave food! Staff are always smiling and so friendly. Beds are comfortable and room is very clean as well. Value for money thats why I would always choose to stay here each time I visit BKK.

The staff has been very friendly and supportive. The room was big enough, clean and with everything needed. The view on Bangkok from my room was great. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed as well as enough towels. The breakfast was sufficient with a lot of food to choose from, both savoury and sweet.

The bathroom was probably slightly too small but it was quite clean even if the phon was working time by time. There has been a fire alarm at 1am which was activated by error and which I did not appreciated given the time.

The breakfast this time has more variety, the bed is comfy as usual. We got the room near to the elevator & this time no noise from rooms nearby. The room is economy size & the light is soft(a bit brighter would be good). The location can't be better as you can easily take the BTS in front of the hotel going many attractions you like. Can be more convenience as there's a 7-Eleven store beside the check-in front desk.

The bathroom is kind of small but enough for standing shower & washing basin. It's clean but sometimes smell bad, it'd be good if there is an ventilation fan there. And as I said if the lighting can improve to be brighter.

IBIS Siam is centrally located in heart of Bangkok surrounded by several shops centers. Public transportation such as BTS, buses, and MRT. Walker like me can find several excellent street foods within 15 to 40 minutes walk. My Hotel room is clean, not spacious but sufficient. Very small lobby but staffs are nice and working hard to keep guests happy. I think it’s a fair trade for value and great location. My favorite street foods are in Siam Square, Sam Yan, Phatumwan. Some street foods style restaurants in Sam Yan open as early as 6am. Walk early morning and evening to avoid warm weather.

The hotel is located right in what would be the downtown core of the city - right near Siam Center and MBK center, as well as easy access to the train. Lots of shopping is close by and many attractions can be accessed by walking. The rooms might be a bit on the smaller side, but it is very clean and the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. A 7-11 is right downstairs that is open 24 hours.

There is a hefty 2000 baht security deposit, but you do get it back. Because the location is right in the city core, traffic can be hellish, especially if you need a taxi. Personally, I don’t mind because I really like being in this location and would definitely return.
