Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff and stunning hotel. rooms were a very good size. Tye dining room, terrace and pool all overlook the ocean and have amazing sunset views. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel also had dedicated staff with fresh coconut water (drunk from the coconut).

approach of staff was a bit cold and when organizing fligtticket for us they did not check out with agent if there was what we agreed so at the end we had to fly earlier flight. RDM that organized this flighticket even didn’ t say sorry that I meesed up.

The location is amazing, right on the beach, so great for people-watching. The hotel is big, but not too big so it feels very cozy! The staff were incredibly nice, everyone from the concierge to the room service, to the guards, to the waiters - everyone! The pool is lovely, but my absolute favorite was the 200-year-old mango tree. If you don't stay here, at least come for drinks and a look at this beautiful tree!

The price of the rooms are expensive, but in my opinion absolutely worth it!

Amazing historical building, decorated in a very stylish way creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We appreciate support of Chedi from a breakfast restaurant. Fantastic sunset view and vibrant local beach next to the pool. Delicious breakfast with fresh coconut water. We are missing this place and people already.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, Mr. Bakari the front desk manager went out of his way to answer all my questions, listen to our feedback and help us out with anything that we needed. The hospitality is second to none, Happiness always made our breakfast at the restaurant extra special with her lovely smile and friendliness. The location was fantastic, especially the sea view rooms. I highly recommend Park Hyatt to anyone that wants to stay in Stone Town and I cannot wait to visit Stone Town and stay at Park Hyatt many more times in the future.

The hotel is 10 mins' walk to the port, where there are boats to Dar Es Salaam. The breakfast is good, full of different choices We chose the sea-view room, the view is very nice. The room was tidied twice a day

The food price is much higher than the resturant close to it. There were flies in the dinning room. The taste of cheese cake can be better

We spent 4 nights here at the start of our honeymoon in Zanzibar. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, we had a room with a sea view. The breakfast options were great & the staff here are amazing! So kind and helpful! The pool area is a lovely place to hang out and the gym is very good for a hotel gym! we really had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
