The whole experience was perfect, from check-in to checkout. The staff is very professional. Installations are top-notch. The outstanding view and the delicious food made us regret leaving. We could stay for an entire month.

Unfortunately, the personnel from room service do not speak the best English. Two of our orders came incorrect because of their limited proficiency. However, we do not consider those peccadillos severe. Although they may have fully understood our requests, they did their best to serve at a high level. The gym has the best types of equipment that a gym could have. Everything is the newest model from Technogym. However, I recommend attention to their maintenance since some need lubrication, especially the pulley.

There was nothing not to like. It is an amazing hotel. The internal design is world class and very tasteful. The restaurant service is also excellent and price wise very competitive. Add to that friendly and professional staff so there is almost nothing to wish for. The hotel is connected with a world class shopping mall which will appeal to many hotel guests.

The WIFI The only thing missing was an indoor lap pool and the outdoors pool was just to fresh up which serves 95% of the population.

The hotel staff is simply amazing! Very friendly, helpful, empathetic and do everything to please you. The room was fantastic and very new! The bed, pillows and shower were amazing! Also, the room temperature control was high tech!

Although the installations are very new, I found a bit complicated the room lights commands. They are high tech but I personally believe that it would be better to keep them simple. For example, I was not able to switch on only the bed side lamp.

The breakfast was amazing - lot of choice, high quality products, also staff paying attention to your needs. Nice see/city view. Place easy to reach from the highway. Next to a shopping mall. The room offering a pleasant environment. Lots to like, indeed. A bit pricy, nevertheless you get what you pay for.

It was bit difficult to navigate in the parking slot and find the way to the hotel. There are some hotel signs in place, still more guidance would help.

i had booked a king Room with a Balcony sea facing and upon arrival they told me i had booked a standerd room without a Balcony, they did give me the room and told me they had me upgraded, ,so i would urge booking.com to give better details about the Room

The staff is wonderfull. Very clean. the location is great.. We were in the shopping mall where we could find everything we wanted in 1 minute. The view is amazing also.

I had guests and they drunk turkish coffe and water and we paid 600 TL. Very very expensive. It could have been less.

Very central location close to the metro which drives throughout the city and to a really nice mall with restaurants, shopping and also drug and retail stores. The facility is in a posh area , you’ll get a great view on the waterfront and the facilities are high end class , the staff is super friendly and very helpful!

Front staff was very helpful and personable. They recommended good eating options in the local area and also a tour. The room and view was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly the hotel itself is first rate. If I had to nit pick, I believe the breakfast buffet is a little pricey. But that is only a small thing.

the heating in my room was set at 35C and could not be adjusted. The staff were very helpful but it was not resolved. I think it was techno troubles for to the new build.

Definitely the best hotel in Izmir. Everything is so new (opened last year). To make perfect, I would have liked the outdoor pool to be on a higher floor and ideally infinity with a view like we had from the balcony in the room.
