Staff made you feel very welcome. Lovely and chatty. Breakfast was brilliant and there was plenty of choice. Parking was easy. Free drinks from the bar on arrival just made our day that little bit more special. Booked it and arrived within 30minutes and got seen to straight away. Meal in the evening was amazing, and the menu had plenty of choices. Loved every bit of the stay. Loved every bit of the stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Loved it all. Only problem we encountered was using the food app in the restaurant as it kept saying 'an error occured' , but the order had gone through 3 times and the poor kitchen staff made the desserts to find out it was an error. Feel sorry for the bar/restaurant staff who had to work out what had happened, not their fault at all.

Excellent breakfast

The hotel seems to have a total disregard for disabled parking as they allow anyone to park in disable bays. There are 6 disabled bays and 5 cars were parked there without a blue badge. 2 of these cars were parked there for 3 days. This just isn’t good enough and it needs management to sort this out and put a stop to this.

Although the hotel looks a bit uninviting on the outside, it is really nice, clean and spacious inside. We had a good size room close to exit and parking, it was clean and quiet. The hotel seemed busy but you couldn't hear other guests. Freshly cooked food was available all day, and there was a good and healthy choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast, incl. a little selection of vegan and gluten free. We liked the choice of music in the restaurant. The water is actually warm (!) in the swimming pool, there are two saunas and a little gym in the hotel, we also found a quiet space for the kid to practise skateboarding, so everyone had something to do. Most of all, we liked all the staff who were always professional, helpful, friendly and smiling, and who made our stay enjoyable. An iron in our room didn't work properly and a lovely cleaner replaced it immediately :)

Being picky here! We felt cold in the evenings and could not work out how to turn hot air on, but, we didn't feel it necessary to ask for assistance. Also, more fresh veggies would be nice for dinner options.

Reception staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent value. Catered for everyone. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Hallway was also clean and tidy. Place smelled fresh. Carpets were well vacuumed. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Bathroom was a little small but functional and the water was hot. Nice green spaces outside our room. Staff offered to help with the luggage.

Door to our room was a bit hard to open. One cupboard door had slightly slipped off its hinge. These were minor faults. I think 2 teabags a bit mean but restaurant staff happily provided more.

The comfiness of our room. Spacious and very clean. The lounge offered a different area to relax in and order food from the bar. The food is very good and the staff were so helpful. The decor was clean and cosy. The spa was gorgious. We were staying here for a few days rest, which did. Definately a great place to stay.

The restraunt manager on the morning of the 8th. He moved so fast around the restraunt that he made my husband and myself feel hurried. We had gone to choose our breakfast and our juice and coffee taken away! The table laid up for another customer. Otherwise no dislikes.

Room was comfortable and spacious. We could accommodate a cot for our son. Air conditioning worked properly. Bathroom wasn't bad at all and we could shower with our son as well. Bed was double size. We were accommodated in the same level so was easy to move baby stuff around. Parking is good. Breakfast was very great. Various options including gluten free, fruits, cheese, pasties, hams besides the english breakfast stuff. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. ASDA and Aldi supermarkets 5 min by car.

Bathroom door was creaking.

Good quiet room. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Tasty cooked and continental breakfast. Excellent location with secure parking. Friendly efficient helpful staff, particularly in the dining area. Stayed over a week visiting relatives and would recommend this hotel.

Wi-Fi must be improved. It is not up to speed and frequency drops out. Also, TV needs to be upgraded to Sky Basic as a minimum plus Netflix.

Excellent overall. Really enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

The only cause for complaint was the bathroom extractor fan which didn't come on when showering and left the room soaking wet on the mirror and walls. We were told that it is on a management controlled timer but that is no use as it didn't come on at times to suit our use of the bathroom. It was the only thing which spoilt our stay.

Friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and they do their best to make your stay a good one. Our twin exec room was perfect, clean and quiet. Loved the toiletries and good to see a box of tissues too. Dressing gowns also provided. The fridge was a very welcomed luxury and grateful for the re stock every night. Breakfast was top notch, self service and everything you'd expect from this hotel and more. Ample parking too, never short of a space the whole 5 days.

Disappointed only with the tiny bathroom, no bath but a very spacious shower in its place. You cannot fit 2 people in it at the same time unless one is in the shower!

The bed was so comfy. The room was spacious and located in a good place. It had all what we needed. The pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was very appetising and the variety of choice of food was great. Nothing dissapointed us. We stayed 6 days and used the location as a base for all the various places we wanted to see. Also our son lives locally with his family and staying here was the best choice. We have stayed on 3 occations now. We will be back to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perhaps in the bathroom the seal around the base of the toilet. Other wise all was good.
