Mövenpick Hotel Amman

The service overall was very good, the hotel looks a bit old, but the staff made the experience pleasant. the room space is good, location as well was convenient.

The breakfast choices where mainly dairy food. many cheese, yogurt, and labneh option where you miss so many other Jordanian traditional breakfast options. the bakery was the same, danish with different type of jams although there is a big oven.

The personal was very customer oriented and professional. The room was lege enough and offered good comfort. The bed was good. The bathroom was small but nicely arranged.

The room was quite noisy for an hotel of this category. The location could enjoy a bit more attention to the arrangement in some areas. Especially the bar / restaurant on the 3rd floor has the charm of the hall of a train station. Breakfast was disappointing.

Very pleasant hotel. efficient, smiling and helpful staff. The room is warm, and above all very clean. The wifi works very well. The breakfast is good and provided. Honestly an excellent stay.

I have been located in a room above the AC machines that are so noisy, I could not sleep well. Restaurant was not updated that my booking is B&B.

the food for both breakfast and dinner was really good, freshly prepared and with plenty of choices! the overall hotel facilities were extremely cleaned, comfortable and stylish.

I didn’t appreciate the fact the the pool was under refurbishment and there was no mention about it before booking the hotel. Also a bit unclear what and when bars and restaurants were open due to Ramadan period.

The receptionist has offered me an upgrade staying ( chargeable breakfast, free snacks for dinner, and soft drinks for free too,) , so I accepted that, by paying extra money on the top of my reservation. Unfortunately, when I asked for soft drink to be delivered to my room they charged me and they say if want it free, you need to go to the coffee bar on the floor 14, while they haven’t mentioned that in the first place when they offered me the upgrading.
