The hotel is quite comfortable, located in the city center in close proximity to the bus station and the train station. Within walking distance from the old city and shopping centers. I often stay here during business trips. I can note the constant cleanliness and neatness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff and very good breakfasts. An excellent option that is suitable for both work trips and tourists.

Some rooms have problems with soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors. The air in the rooms is too dry; the air conditioning doesn't help much to solve this problem. I didn’t notice such a problem in the summer, only in the winter.

I liked the breakfast - the cottage was just amazing. You could order fresh omlet and pancakes. I had a Privelege room which was very nice and clean.

There is no classic restaurant in the hotel, but you can order meals at the bar. The meals are too European to me )) It would be nice to have something more local. There is a cage with 2 small birds at the Reception, right in the middle of room (( It seem to be well taken care of, as they sing, and the female is sitting on a nest. Still, I believe that no one deserves to live in a cage.

This was my third stay so that is why I chose to go back again, becasue I am familiar with the brand and the hotel. Location clearly is good, cannot comment too much becasue it is central anyway. Room was fine, beds were ok, travelodge chain provided better bed experience from my memory. However, these were fine as well. Staff from the evening shift who checked me in was friendly.

The room where I stayed had a large crack by teh window and it looks like the wall is swelling. I will guess due to moisure that may penetrate true the outside cladding that is also showing its age. The room was clean however there was some dust settlement. I will assume that it was not occupied for a while and and dust had time to settle down. Last but not least, the communal corridor ventilation system covers were covered with black dust. As per my job specifics and previously working in the hotels, I am surprised how it was missed becasue that dust takes a long time to accumulate that much. It did not bother me but it may others and it did not look esthetically appealing.

Comfortable and nice room.

The breakfastroom was not a place in which I like to be. -There is too much light. -The style of music is not what you expect in the morning and it was also very loud. One day I even asked to put it less loud. Better would be to have calm lounge music. -There was also a room divider which made me think I was in a hospital. -I prefer to have the table prepared with cutlery and a napkin. I felt also very pitty for the birds in the cage at the reception. Allergies!

The best thing - very convenient location of the hotel, it's possible to reach the center on foot in minutes. We got a very spacious room with a city center view. A very nice surprise was a capsule coffee machine we found in our room - every morning was to be started with a cup of real coffee in bed.

Breakfast was quite good but as for a 4 star hotel there could be a bigger choise of everything, e.g. natural orange juice, bigger choice of different baked goodies (pancakes etc.). But on the whole everything was was fine.

I have Stayed in this Hotel Twice in my visits to Riga, and i would say my first experience was better. The Second time, the room wasn't so comfy but still wasn't bad as it was discounted. Overall, I would say Kudos to their Nice staff as i met different staff from different shifts. The breakfast was also great. If you are in Riga briefly for work. I think its a great place to stay for the value of money.

The rest room and Furniture in my second stay were not to taste but Hey Like i Said it was discounted and i wont complain much.

The location of the hotel in the city centre was very suitable for us, as well as the spacious parking lot. The rooms had everything needed for a relaxed stay, and the breakfast gave a perfect start for the long work day. The canaries at the lobby made the scenery sound like an eternal spring.

the reception was not always on top of its game. It took them a good 15 mins to find our booking, tried to double charge us, then assumed there was an extra person. The didn't provide the ironing board we needed on time

Hotel is well positioned on the border of old town of Riga and connected by big/busy roads. Train station and a big mall are just a minute away. Breakfast was abundant and served for an extended period of time. Beds were very comfortable. Window insulation is very good and giving a quiet evening.

There is a construction site on the opposite side of the street, which is working (drilling pillars) even in the late evening. We asked to have our room facing the opposite side, which did not help either as it was then facing the railway. We arrive late and there was only one officer at the reception, two groups before us, so ended up waiting about 20min to check-in.

Perfect breakfast even when you come to the end of breakfast time, nice room and excellent location. We were happy to stay here.

We arrived earlier and asked for a check-in before 14, a room was found for us, we paid for an early check-in, but we were not warned that the room would be with facilities for the disabled and people with disabilities. This fact did not affect our stay at the hotel, but the bathroom wasn't very comfortable for those who don't need additional equipment. I think that such nuances should be discussed at the reception before checking in.
