Location is amazing. All amenities within walking distance. My TV in the apartment was faulty, the issue was addressed immediately. Staff is polite and welcoming. Hotel's interior is sophisticated. I had the opportunity to enjoy penthouse apartment, it was an amazing experience to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the balcony with the great view.

Ground floor could benefit from functioning restaurant/bar. On the rainy day, it's nice to have a coffee with an open view to the Berg Bazar, with the lounge music in the background, and personal choice of food. Also, would be beneficial to have a mini gym. Washing machine would be great advantage.

The whole hotel has a character - there is combined history and modern. It has plenty of art in social areas. We had the spacious penthouse room. It had high ceilings and balcony. It was all very clean. Comfortable sitting area. Very friendly staff. The small trouble we met in a room in very late hours was solved fast and easily. It is also pet friendly. There is nice block of inner yard with places to eat and drink.

If to mention, then there is only one thing that could be improved - the shower hose could be at least just 10cm longer. You believe it or not, but there are also many people out there even much taller than 2m. The shower hose accommodated just under my chin :) Otherwise, if you are less than 2m, then there is nothing to complain.

I had a wonderful stay in this charming hotel located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room was impeccable and spacious. The cleanness was up to standards and the room was equipped with all I needed. Outstanding service and welcoming staff. Thank you for the flowers and your hospitality!

Everything. A beautiful apartment with lots of lovely touches. In a perfect setting in the Bergs Bazaar. We made use of lots of the lovely eating places and thought the quality of food and drinks was very high. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our apartment so much we didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay.

The most central location, spacious and comfortable room, very attentive staff. Although the hotel has been repurposed as an aparthotel for the time being, all the rooms are still luxurious.

Everything was pretty much perfect. A couple more bottles of water would be great. Two extra coffee pods. Tea - there was none. Milk for coffee - there was none.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms. The suites are easily twice as large as comparably priced hotel rooms nearby at other properties.

Spacious apartments, bright and clean rooms. Stayed only 2 nights and didnt expected to find room cleaned after 1st night.

Stairs to the second floor and floors if the second floor of the apartments were noisy.

It was a dream of mine for many years to stay in this hotel and I was not disappointed. Everything was spot on !
