It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far - everything was just perfect! The room is pretty spacious, bed was extremely comfy, everything is very clean. I absolutely enjoyed taking hot baths! I was worried about the Wifi upfront but it was perfect, even for video calls. Breakfast is delicious - lots of choices together with fresh fruit and veggies, as well as some sweets. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gladly gave me umbrellas when I was going out (as it was rainy all those days).

Location is pretty bad, unless you need to visit something in that area (as it was for me). If you're visiting Riga as a tourist for sightseeing - I wouldn't recommend. Walking to the tram station might be a bit tricky experience (passing under the highway and through the railways).

As always, this hotel has some exceptional value for money and offers really comfy and big rooms with a great and tasty breakfast. Beds are really soft with pretty big blankets and huge pillows. Bathroom is also big, we had been lucky to get a full-size bathtub there too. Panoramic windows offer a great view outside and there is a free parking outside the venue on the street.

Our air conditioner had been working hard to keep the room cold despite it being set to around 24 degrees, so something may be off with it. You also can't leave it on after leaving the room, so don't forget to open windows if possible to let some fresh air in if you plan on going for a walk during your stay.

I liked how clean the room was. Actually, the whole hotel was neat and clean! The AC was working greatly! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of food for different days to taste and the food is fresh and tasty! We got a room with the windows in front of the bed and it was amazing to wake up to a beautiful sunshine. The room was very silend and peaceful too! Wi-Fi was working really well throughout the whole hotel. The staff was very kind and caring! Beautiful hotel inside and outside! Can't wait to come back!

Very nice hotel in a good location with some free parking available on the nearby unguarded street. Our room (superior double) was very spacious with large windows, rather clean and quite welcoming. Staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good with a rather big variety of everything.

Breakfast was good, but I personally find it's cost combined with the cost of the room a little pricy. There were some stains in the shower (not entirely washed off), which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable.

Stayed at this hotel after a long break of some 5 years and was surprised by stable service it provides. Moreover, still same personnel around, which is a good sign.

On another hand was astonished by a poor soundproof qualities of the room, which I didn't notice last time. I heard people in the corridor and the neighbor talking behind the wall. Unfortunately, this is a "generic problem" of all hotels, irrespectively of how well soundproof they position themselves. The hotel buildings are wearing off and insulation in the walls degrades. For the rest, everything is good and I wish the hotel keeps its standards high.

Very nice cocktails. Breakfast had great choice. Couch in duplex room was very comfortable. The lounge area was nice in the hotel. The elephants were cool. Safe parking although expensive. Good range of toiletries.

Tv didn't work in bedroom. Room wasn't cleaned after first day. When new towels were reqisuested, we received very wet towels. Staff weren't too friendly. King size bed was 2 single bed frames together at different levels which made it impossible to sleep in the middle.

A lovely hotel. Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Good size bathroom. The hotel itself is very clean and staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has everything you need (cereals, bacon, eggs, bakery, juice, coffee/tea, fruit etc) you will not be hungry. Fantastic location for the bus 22 from the airport. Only 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to the hotel. The same bus will take you to the city where you can explore amazing Riga. We can't recommend this hotel enough.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Riga. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, my name were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded room and received 30th birthday prosecco perfect for celebrating in hotel. We had great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Elefant hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staff was extremely friendly and paying attention to the details. We get delicious breakfast with choice for everyone. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to spa facilities. Located just near the shopping centre.will definitely stay again

Personal is outstanding: always polite, helpful, and client focussed. In my case, for this stay, I needed an extra day. Initially I booked just one night, and the room I was in, was already booked for the next client. So I needed to change the room. The reception did all to make the change as smooth as any possible: I just got a call, moved to the next room, and all was fine :-) Many thanks again for this exceptionel service provided.

I would have appreciated it if breakfast would have been various at least some days in a week. The whole week same food was a bit dull for me. Just a notice- please check in the bathroom shower head, it keeps leaking and while using the shower it is quite noisy. Week WiFi, could not do business meetings using hotel WIFI, erupted/ disappeared connection.
