Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

I had great expectations for Hotel Indigo on the Park KL, and it certainly did not disappoint. The hotel is very conceptual, drawing inspiration from Malaysian culture and incorporating environmental recycling aspects. I checked into Room 1509, a Standard King Room. Pros: 1. Check-in was smooth, and the security at the lobby was exceptionally attentive. 2. The Hotel ambiance was relaxing and chill, creating the perfect atmosphere for my staycation. 3. The room itself was beautiful, and the bathroom amenities were more than sufficient. 4. The air conditioning and room setup, infused with Malaysian cultural elements, added great value to my stay. 5. Morning breakfast at Wok Star deserves a perfect 10! The food was delicious, and the attentive staff made the experience warm and cozy.

Cons: 1. I dislike connecting rooms; please inform me in advance, as I was staying alone. 2. The room's interior design was beautiful, but the light switches were dark-finished with tiny wording—what were you thinking, Mr Interior Designer? 3. The room faced a deserted building next door, so I had to keep the blinds closed at all times, which was not a pleasant sight. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Please continue to maintain the high quality of amenities and features at the hotel!

Small by KL standards, but well situated opposite the KL tower and 15 mins walk from Petronas towers. Shops and restaurants all within a few mins walk. Stunning views from corner suite room and bathroom which is well designed. Roof top pool is wonderful and most days had it to ourselves. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Super comfy bed :)

The reception desk is located round the corner from the entrance so no interaction when coming and going and didn't get to know staff like we did in previous hotels and therefore no personalised service. Silver Monkey restaurant is very expensive by KL standards. The food was great, but we choose to eat elsewhere the other nights because of the cost. Overall though it is an excellent hotel and would stay there again.

The design is refreshing as they incorporated local cultures into it. The room was clean despite having a lot of decorations that could collect dusts. The bed was very comfortable too. Everything felt new and well maintained. We had the most interaction with the hotel staffs at Wok Star. They were very attentive towards our requests for some modifications of the menu. They also entertained my small kids, making us feel welcome despite not being known for a kids’ friendly hotel.

I wish the pool is heated & has a designated area for the children. The location & design of the hotel shall attract guests with small children to stay there. It’d be nice to have kids pool albeit a small one.

I loved how unique the hotel was! The decorations were intriguing, my husband and I noticed that the art pieces were often recycled glass or plastic bottles which we thought was innovative. The location was great, we walked around a lot and explored the area, its walking distance to some great restaurants & bars, as well as the Petronas towers. The service was really good and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The views from our room and the pool were breathtaking. My favourite thing about the hotel was definitely the pool, we woke up early for a morning swim, it was quiet and the view was incredible! Still thinking about it a week later. For me, bathrooms really make an impression and I really loved my shower experience there!

We didn't want breakfast included in our charges as my partner and I wanted to explore different restaurant options for food, but the times we did order room service meals, we were a bit disappointed in the menu. In concept, the meals looked great, but they tasted a bit bland.

Very well done decor reflecting heritage of the country. It’s sparkling new thing located in heart of the city.

The staff was massively overstretched. Terry picked up the call when we asked for our luggage to be taken downstairs. He turned up on 19th floor in 3 minutes. When we got to the reception he was doing the check-ins and checkouts. And eventually helped us place the luggage in our cabs when it eventually arrived. While terry is a rockstar this is not how these hotels should be managed. Also when you arrive there is no welcome - not even a fake smile. The check-in process is lethargic.

Good hotel at Kuala Lumpur, with very nice room

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but we experienced several problems. First thing first, it has been the first time ever that in a 5 star hotel we had experience queue at breakfast, with waiting time from 15min to 30min. Really incredible, they do not have enough tables for all and they’ve tried to justify this issue by saying that they have three different hours to have breakfast and that all the people go there at peak time (OBVIOUSLY!). Secondly - and also in this case it has been the first time ever - apparently you have to book in advance in order to have your room clean up from one day to another one. Never experienced something like that in a 5 star hotel, they’ve rearranged my room at 4.30 pm after having talked with the reception.

I like the location and the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. It is value for money.

I think because it is a new hotel, there were problems with the room cleaning. It is either late in the afternoon and in one occasion, it was not done at all. This could be improved in future. Secondly, the taxi or grab waiting area, which was underneath the building leading to the underground parking, was not indicated or not clearly marked and several times the drivers were waiting outside. True that the security guards could informed the drivers when they arrived but sometimes guards were not there or it was raining heavily. Maybe a signboard would help.

The staff was very friendly! Pure luxery for an affordable price. I totally recommend this Hotel and rate it with 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The area around the hotel is calm and peaceful. Within 10 min walk you are in the middle of the City. Kuala Lumpur is amazing!

Everything was fantastic! Sometimes the WLAN was not so strong this could have been a bit better. Everything else was great, so I have no complaints. Maybe a third lift would be good, because the hotel is very popular!

The hotel was a state of the art building, super modern and well decorated! The staff is so nice and helpful. Our bedroom was super clean and tidy, the bathroom was beautiful with an amazing view over they city, bath tub and shower. There’s a big TV and the bed is big and really comfortable. Location is great, as it’s 16 min walking distance to the Petronas Towers and to great street food markets! The gym is well equipped and the pool is on the roof top with a breathtaking view! We only stayed 3 nights but wished we had stayed more! Great service, 10-10 stars 🌟
