The staff is amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Offered us for an upgrade and gave us a really good view of the KL tower. The place was massive, we had the two bedroom suite on the 32nd floor. There were so many amenities and facilities in the room and always cleaned and refilled things. The place is also very close to the shops so it's easy to walk around.

Some of the taps had a leak. The toilet in the master bedroom also didn't flush properly for the first day, then told reception, and they quickly and swiftly fixed it!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, made us feel so welcome, they are the biggest asset for this apartment/hotel. 2 bed suite was spacious with really good aircon. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, walkable to Petronas Towers.

Pool area needs to be updated. Pool itself is nice with great views, especially at night but the decking around the pool is falling apart and in some places is actually unsafe, especially for children. The TV in the room was outdated, the picture was very grainy and not a Smart TV so couldnt use any of our streaming services. A DVD player was provided, but the power lead/plug provided did not fit the plug socket, so was unusable.

The entire place was clean and spacious, with more than ample storage space and to walk around. Quite a rare find considering the price tag. Two airconds and TVs were provided in the living room and bedroom. Basic amenities such as simple toiletries and cooking tools were provided too. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back again / recommend it to friends and family who’re looking for a short to mid length stay in KL!

Aircond in the room wasn’t the coldest. Reception wasn’t super responsive to calls too, probably due to the high traffic that day. They should consider putting an in-room phone guide, as we had trouble figuring out the dial number for reception in the room and ended up going down physically to the lobby to put in our request. But these are all minor issues.

An excellently.locsted hotel, which exceeded my expectations, a very good sized suite and friendly helpful staff and good amenities in the suite itself. A very comfortable bed and a good size also, a spacious suite in a very good location.

The suite itself just needs a bit of a repaint really but other than that it was a really good stay

Absolutely loved staying here. We had a business trip with a group of foreign investors, they also loved how clean and convenient the atmosphere was. There is a kettle, hairdryer, coffee tea, iron, bedroom slippers, TV, and a washing machine in all units. Room 1311 was perfection! Mr Ariffin the bell concierge was a gem. There is an Indian lady at the receptionist who was equally hospitable. If you need dish washing liquid, call the receptionist.

The issue is, not all of the washing machines dryer is working. I had room 3204 with this issue. There is a Mr Joshua there also at the front desk who is an absolute pain. We stayed for a week or more and we kept getting extended cause of work, he even told us there are no rooms, and wanted to charge us a much higher price for another room type. We just looked through Booking.com in front of him and booked the exact same type of room which he said wasn't available. Then he said it will take a while to confirm because its coming from a 3rd party website. We got the confirmation email right away so we dont even know what his problem is.

I am a returning guest. I’ve always liked how great the location is and how comfortable and roomy the room is. Will definitely return

Internet connection wasnt so good. Our room wasnt ready by the timw we checked in but they gave us complimentary breakfast to compensate. Anything is good with food!

Location, view and size of the apartment was great. I was provided with a corner apartment that had windows in all rooms.

No central air conditioning system, they still have separate air conditioning units for each apartment which is rare to see now. No smart TVs in rooms.

Brilliant 10 day stay at Oasia Suites in Kuala Lumpur for a holiday and to celebrate Wife’s 50th. We were really pleased with the one-bedroom premier suite which had a kitchen, washing machine and the most stunning views, overlooking the city skyline and the KL tower. The suite was immaculate and serviced every day, beds made, fresh towels etc. The kitchen came with double ring hob, a microwave and a large decent fridge/freezer. Nice big bed, comfy big pillows, big telly in bedroom and front room. The rooftop pool is a constant 1.2 metres deep with plenty of space for everyone, air con gym has great views out to the city while you’re working out, free towels and water provided. Restaurant and room service available. We were incredibly impressed with the standard and the friendly team at Oasis. They arranged for a lovely red velvet birthday cake and flowers to be sent to our room for Wife’s birthday with 24 hours notice which she really appreciated. Doors were always opened for you, I asked cleaning staff or more tea, coffee, sugar and this was all provided with ease and a smile. One of the Reception staff showed me how to use the Grab App (like Uber) on my smartphone which was super helpful for me as I’d never used before and was confused on what to do. Using the Grab App was super easy (once you know how) and saved a lot of time, effort and money. The hotel is in a quiet location, but very accessible, with lots of restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shops a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). There is also a small convenience store in the ground floor of the hotel next door (KL Tower) which is super handy. The Oasis Suite is well positioned to access the monorail and the LRT (which you can access both at Bukit Nanas, the station has a covered walkway to the LRT Dang Wangi station), it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Bukit Nanas from the hotel along a shady pathway.

Spacious room, location good, water pressure very good, boiling hot, air conditioning decent, being an apartment cu kitchen doesn't have many things, but we managed...we will definitely coming back, hopefully to get better rates next time..

Cleaning is just superficial, needs to be improved, if no one is around very quiet, but if other rooms have guest very noisy. We have issues with the water heater shutting off often after many complaints was fixed but dripping water from the ceiling..Cleaning must be improved, for 40 days staying under tables, bedroom headboard not cleaning, many areas very dusty

My dad was planning on staying here for 3 months and he did enjoy his stay. Staff were eager to accommodate any needs or attend to any maintenance problems. 2 and a half months into his stay I called him and he seemed a bit unwell. I called later that day and got no answer so I called the front desk to check on him. They found him on the floor next to his bed and immediately called an ambulance to get him the help he needed, accompanying him to the hospital and back to the hotel. Thankfully, he was alright after a short stay in the hospital. The manager Ken and the duty manager team were very helpful and accomdating for my dad until I was able to travel to Malaysia and help my dad get home safely.
