Hotel Is located in the middle of the city centre. Very convenient to go shopping. All the big mall is within waking distance and there is a monorail station like 50 meters away. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. My room view is facing the pool and the twin towers. Huge Gym the I enjoy using it every morning after my breakfast.

Breakfast area was so crowded. Breakfast started at 7am till 10am. I was there at 8.30am and there is a long queue waiting. After seeing the long queue they decided to bring me to the pool side restaurant to have my breakfast however this is not my first time staying here I realised the food verities Is lesser. During the check out also there is a long queue and I need to queue for 30 mins just to pass them the room keys. I just don’t understand why they don’t have any check out box where I can just place my room keys in the box. I have settled all the payment during the check in. There is nothing on the mini bar and also the fridge. Basically I don’t have to pay anything.

Breakfast was good although its mostly repetitive. No complaints though. Love love their coffee machine coffee! Their pastries are good too. Particularly enjoyed the chocolate croissant/pain au chocolat! Steamed chinese chicken bun was also good. Nasi lemak rice was fluffy and nice. There is abit of inconsistency in some of their food. But overall no complaints. Room was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms with very good water supply both hot and cold.

Parking space is quite narrow and pretty far away from the lobby. It can be a little troublesome. The rooms are not sound proof. If youre a light sleeper, then it can be an issue for you.

1- i booked Premuim room, and room view was amazing (pool, twin towers view), room was big enough and comfy. 2- breakfast located by pool side since my booking was premuim, stuff was super helpfull caring specially resturnt supervisor (Sitti Hajjar), with her wide smile offering help since you step in till you finish your meal. 3- locatin is 9.5, i didnt use any public transportaion reaching main city attarction, ( twin towers, Pavilion Mall, Alor st. food), Monorail (Bukit Nanas 6 mins walking away from hotel), so its easy to reach airport.

The check -in process is very fast despite the long queue of guests. Excellent service by the female staff at the check in counter which is very friendly and efficient.

I understand about the narrow design of the up and down paths in the parking lot building. I hore that the hotel management periodically monitor the area because there are guests who deliberately park the car in front of the elevator (outside the parking lot). This makes it difficult for other cars to take corners to go up or down. Strict action should be taken against those who are selfish as it inconveniences other guests.

Good location, walking distance from monorail station. Excellent onsite dining restaurants, the Japanese restaurant some of the dishes were better than what I have had when i visited Japan. Great pool with awesome view, wish I had more time to use the pool

Can hear next door room talking and the TV - rooms not soundproof. Peephole on door has no option to cover so I had to put chair and clothing in front of the door to cover for privacy. Bumped into a few dodgy male guests while staying here which made me feel the need to secure the room more- but this of no fault of the hotel

IT was my second time stay in Concorde (after 10 years) and this hotel remains my favourite for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. Location is ideal (and Grab's come here very quickly) , walk to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. One of the best buffet breakfast with so many food choices. Very clean and spacious pool with nice sitting area. Live music with all bands performing hits and also take your song requests. I cannot find any flaws in this hotel and recommend everyone with family or for business visit to stay in this hotel.

View in connected rooms is blocked by car parking (not in control of hotel).

Excellent value for money: perfectly located with Monorail stop in 3, Petronas Towers in 15 min walking distance. Nice pool in which you can really properly swim (up to 2,3 m deep), fantastic and extensive breakfast budget starting at 6:30 already, lots of other F&B options within the building. Everything was very clean.

Breakfast could be also directed more towards European guests. Choice of asian dishes is good. Shame that hotel does not offer a gluten free option. The swimming pool life guards are great! A big thanks for hints how to practice jumping to the water for kids. This made the stay amazing.

No gluten free bread or any rolls even after request prior to arrival. Quite cold in the rooms even if AC was off, for us it was too cold. Front desk could be more polite generally and also inform the guests about the things going on in the hotel as lion dance for Chinese New Year.

The hotel room and the toilet was very clean.i feel comfortable stay there not like some other hotel the toilet very dirty...Concorde hotel 2 thumbs up...EXCELLENT and i will came back in june on school holiday see you soon concorde hotel...LOTS OF LOVES!! By the way i forgot something...the staff all very friendly and cheerful...Thank you staff of Concorde hotel...from me to you LOVE!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Tv channels only...theres no astro Ria and Astro prima....buts its ok for my short trip actually...but if can hope hotel concorde can consider it to have this channel...Thank you!!

We especially liked the band at the lounge. We enjoyed the swimming pool and having lunch at the poolside. We did experience the spa and it was good.

Melting Pot is no longer as good as it was before. The steaks were not fresh and I asked for medium rare and it came out rare and that was how I knew the stake was not fresh. The Tom Yum was watery and tasted like it came out of a can. The shrimps were miniature and not fresh. The Pad Thai was too salty even after we explicitly instructed them to reduce salt and fish sauce. Even Hard Rock Cafe's service levels and food quality has deteriorated! For the price, we expected better quality steaks.
