Hotel is in a quiet location. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Loads of options for breakfast (ask for machine made coffee for eg cappuccino separately). Staff were nice and friendly. Free shuttle in the morning to Sliema, Valetta and Julian was so handy to have. The drivers were punctual. Use Bolt app if you're there. Also, Bolt to and from airport is around 12e.

You have to ask at the reception for shower caps, extra towels (as we only got 2 big and 1 hand towel), slippers etc..as these were not in the room.. Hot food for breakfast wasn't hot. Steam room and sauna were not always on..

A very nice comfortable hotel, a large room. A very good selection of food for breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.

No restaurants nearby, you have to take taxi to go out, a bit detached location, although nice private villas around.

we had really nice room with the large bathroom, there was also balcony, the staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast were awesome, Matias was very kind to us. The property looks modern with the large outside pool which we didnt have opportunity to try as we were there in march.

there were little downbacks, but considering the price, nothing unforgivable. my suggestion would be to do something about the glass behind the bathtube because the water was leaking just everywhere. Also in the spa zone, at time of our visit showers next to sauna were not working and sauna was not really at the correct temperature (was “cold”), so if the spa is your main reason to stay, i would reconsider. the risotto at the dinner was quite bland, next time i would choose not to dine in.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We left our bags at reception as we arrived early and went out to explore the city. We got a complimentary upgrade which was an amazing gesture and the room was amazing with its own kitchen and living room area with a balcony looking at the pools. Our room was really clean and smelt amazing upon entering. We were also able to get late checkout which was very helpful as we had plenty of time until our flight back home. The location is really good as well we walked to Lidl for groceries and walked all the way to Sliema and Valletta. Considering we didn`t like our trip to Malta at all the hotel was the best part of the experience.

We loved it here.Everything was exceptional from the service to the amenities.The staff was very kind and helpful.Special regards for Jovan the technician for his excellent work and professionalism .He was concise, efficient and well-mannered.Also we would like to thank the receptionist Obi for his kindness,dedication,resourcefulness , and professionalism as well . Furthermore the rooms very clean, everything was new, and the breakfast was delicious. Room was big and looked good and staff checked if everything is fine or we needed anything. We loved our family room and enjoyed our stay there. AC was a very big bonus with this heat. It was nice to have complimentary water but as it was 4 of us it would have been great to get 4 small bottles not only 2.

We did not like how the chairs around pools were reserved with towels on them. Like when we went to eat breakfast and pools were not even opened yet then you could see a lot of towels on them already. So that was weird. Also as it is summer and evenings are hot, we would have loved that the pools are opened longer. Good way to cool down after hot day outside. Also some families stayed in longer so it was hard to explain to our children that the closing time on the info was 18 o´clock and it is nice to come out then.

We really liked the Urban Valley Resort. The room was really spacious, there was a terrace, mini fridge and the bathroom was huge with both shower and a bathtub. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast had a variety of dishes - from the standard sausages, eggs, beans, cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, vegetables, cereales and pastries, there were also different foods prepared every day. The food was extremly delicious. Check-in and out were quick with nice staff on the counter. We were escorted to our room by a staff.

The room to enter our building (not the room) weren't opening and closing properly and we had to use a great force to open them every time. The location is a bit of a downside, but they offer free transports to Valletta (which we didn't use due to the schedules that didn't suit us). The spa facilities could be better - the showers in the spa are not working at all and the saunas' temperatures can be adjusted by the users. In the steam sauna there was such a high temperature that we couldn't stay in there for longer than 3 minutes (usually the steam sauna the temperature shouldn't be so high because of the steam). We completely forgot that the electronic plugs are Maltese (British), the room had two USB chargers, but they were charging slowly.

Although I arrived in the middle of the night, the receptionist was very friendly and polite, she managed the check-in fast so that I still had some time to sleep. The bellboy came right away and showed me the room on the premises. Also he was very friendly. Everybody was waiting for me.. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed very comfortable and the breakfast room nice and cosy and of course there were also tables outside. The choice of food was very good.

The only thing that could be better was the opening hours of the pool and the pool-bar. These close already at 18:00 hours and if you're on a business trip, this is pretty early. No time to have an early evening swim to cool off. And at the pool also no drinks anymore. This in the middle of the holiday season seems a bit strange to me. The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre and seashore.

Lovely hotel only a short walking distance to Sliema. Staff were very friendly and bent over backwards for us. Room was cleaned everyday and the surrounding guest areas and walkways were always well maintained. A overall memorable experience and would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was sometimes a little cold and later in the service time, not alot of food left. Also the Spa i think needs some attention. A water fountain by the pool would be nice and one of the showers was not working fully - i just didnt feel totally relaxed within the facilities.

Got an upgrade do the family room. It was perfect when travelling with a baby, as the bedroom was a physically separate room form the living room. So he could sleep in the dark while we were hanging out it the other room. Bathroom was nice and spacious. The kitchen had a different equipment, but we only used the full size fridge which also had a freezer, which was nice. One day was not too windy and we could hang out by the pool and relax, which was nice. They have a also a little playground for kids. Free shuttle service is available to the city for residents.

The room was located towards AC units (or something similar) and you could hear them all the time. It was not overpowering but loud enough so you were aware of their presence. The sauna heater could use changing out and a lot more of stones on it (coming from a cold country - we love our saunas)
