A great stay for solo travelers, really good value and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. The location is excellent, right in front of a bus stop and near the Sliema Ferry. The hotel staff is really friendly and the building itself includes restaurants, bars, pools and a spa. The breakfast is amazing, best one I’ve had at a hotel in Europe, with lots of options and fresh produce.

Everything was amazing, I just wish the hotel would offer amenities like soap and shampoo (the bathrooms only have a liquid soap thing) and also I could hear some noise on the hallways during the night.

My first time at the Bayview, but certainly not my last! What a great hotel! Staff were amazing! The Seaview room I had booked looked exactly like on the pictures and that's a big plus in my books! The room was clean, furniture was new, everything looked recently renovated, just great! I chose this hotel for the direct view towards Valetta since I stayed there for New Years, ensuring I had a front row seat for the amazing fireworks.

The breakfast is OK, but nothing outstanding. If you are into your fried English breakfast you will like it. The continental offering could be better.

the window offers an unparalleled panorama of the bay and the capital. the room size is a bit small, but it's great for sleeping at night. the breakfast is particularly good. all attractions are easily accessible from the hotel.

the elevator is small and slow (everyone is constantly waiting for the elevator), taxis and shuttles cannot stop in front of the hotel. the wellness center is only open when you are sure to be sightseeing. cockroaches occur just like anywhere in Malta (but this is more specific to the island than to the hotel)

The location with the bus stop right outside the door and the choice of restaurants within a few walking minutes was very convenient. The tap water had a better taste to it than the guidebook had suggested.

I found the room a little too cold and the noise of banging doors and the noise in the hallways in general very annoying during sleeping hours. I also didn't like that the cleaning staff left the lights burning in the room after leaving; we're living in a climate crisis after all. The breakfast seemed very meat based, I would have wished for mushrooms every day to give vegetarians and vegans more of a choice.

The location is great. Beautiful view of the bay, with tones of restaurants around it. Walking distance to the shopping centre and everything you need was at your doorstep. The family room is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite.

The mini fridge wasn't working but as we didn’t need it too much, we didn’t complain about it to the staff. We went through a bit of a trouble with the noise of the other guests that were in the same floor as us, so after the third night, my husband complained at the reception and they changed us to another room, much better than the one we had and left there for us some treats and a beautiful letter apologising for the inconvenience! The staff were really great and we couldn't thank they enough

It’s an excellent value for money. The location to restaurants, ferries and for public transport is super handy (bus stops right at the door). The hotel itself is alright looking especially for a 3 star hotel. The view was stunning and I personally loved the breakfast and the good deals at the bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The spa facilities are a bonus for a rainy day or just to chill after a busy day.

The bathroom door is not the most private if somebody is travelling with somebody not very close to them, but I didn’t mind it myself. It was lovely to have spa facilities within but it could do with a bit more cleaning and maintenance.

Spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and very well located.

The only thing that I disliked was that the air conditioner unit was not well set up and the air was too hot and I couldn't configure it inside the room. When I asked the staff, they said that it is a central configuration for the entire hotel and it couldn't be set up to cooler air because other guests would complain. The solution was to arrange a fan to help with it, so I had to keep the air off and a fan on to handle the warm nights. Not ideal, but it was the only way.

Apartment was lovely. View is beautiful. Very good location. Breakfast is ok, but the restaurant is very small and very busy. Staff is very helpful.

Swimming pool was disappointing. Old, dirty and no changing room. Different picture on the booking.
