The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and it was beautiful. The rooftop was amazing. We would have spent much more time up there if the construction wasn't happening. Great water pressure, and it had everything we needed if we wanted to cook.

The water pressure was SO good that it literally blew the shower head off and flooded the bathroom. We stayed during low season, so maybe our place didn't have the finishing touches yet. The couch and rug were a bit dirty and some of the walls had scuffs on them.

Beautiful apartment. Clean and luxurious. We loved the private rooftop. The front desk staff were really friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations.

Depending on what you’re looking for, the location isn’t perfect. It’s definitely still a good spot, but it’s a bit further away from the main street, bars, and street food. There are restaurants close by but they’re way more expensive/boujee than those near the main street. No complaints as we knew this before booking!

We really enjoyed our stay in Macondo, the staff was friendly, we rented the PH and we really enjoy the views and the jacuzzy, also the kitchen has everything youll need to make basic recepis, we did most of the breakfast in the apartment.

Having a car in this location is a must if not be prepared to spend a lot of money in taxis and waiting for one to be available as you must call for the service as the hotel is far away from a main street. We had a car but we wanted to make short trips on bikes the hotel was supposed to have a few but all of them were broken at the moment of our trip.

Cleaningness, and the vibe of the place

Mirrors only in the bathroom Which was enough but I'd love to have a full body mirror. This.place is perfect to go during daytime and return to sleep at night. At the moment a lot of construction happening in the arounds so it's noisy on weekdays. It didn't bother me much but I noticed it when I returned after lunch or something.

Super host at the front desk! Friendly and helpful! Beautiful decorated apartment. Lots of space and comfortable beds!

Could be a little cleaner. We found a cigarette butt in one of the shares and the pool seemed clean enough but I didn’t see anyone clean it while we were there. The kitchen could use a few more supplies to cook!

The people there working were all so kind! The Penthouse Appartment was really nice. Lots of space and a nice rooftop terrace. Good value for that price. Bear in mind that you need a car to stay there. Otherwise it will get expensive, if you always need a taxi.

The sofa had some stains. One night there was noise until 0230am from the neighbours partying next door. Apparently the nightwatchman asked them to be quiet four times and they didn't. the next night at least they were quiet.

The hotel is in a quite, private area between down town and beaches. Good for the families and group of friends. as rooms are enough big, kitchen is well equipped, has a large common area and balcony. Also has facilities as gym and Pool. Concierge is friendly and helpful.

The place is between downtown and beaches so you’ll definetely need a car or use taxi. The problem is taxi is problematic in Tulum cayar taxis has no taximeter. As they charge different costs for different destinations and may change the price on the way to double. Closest area is 200-250 pesos from the hotel.

good place to stay. needs a little more cleaning and they gotta fix some stuff for sure but overall a nice stay.

I wouldn’t call it Luxury stay… yet! it has a little bit of way to become one but definitely on the way…

Everything else. I will never put concrete counter tops in my house. This condo was the most comfortable and well laid out that we have stayed in. Just great place

Wifi didn't work well in the rooms. When someone slams the door (let's it close by itself) it shakes the entire condo and echoes throughout the building. No smoke detectors. Induction cooktop is finiky and everything smokes when cooks.

Comfortable beds, good functioning air conditioning , nice pool

Gym is very basic, simple multifunctional machine & Abs ...couple of cardio, no free weights ...table tennis in the middle...I guess one can tick off the box ...for us a gym is part of our daily routine hence we booked this property...so we’re slightly disappointed.
