we loved absolutely everything! from the moment you arrive, Blaulio is there to greet you in the cool outdoor check-in. The smell of Copal incense wafting in the warm air is purify and relax you is welcoming. Blaulio walks you up to show explain everything in your room…it’s everything you need! We were upgraded to a king room (comfortable bed and bedding!) with kitchen, and a beautiful patio with lounge chairs, small private pool. Everything is very tastefully decorated, very Tulum. We spent our mornings on the rooftop pool (albeit small)my only complaint. Blaulio goes above and beyond to check in on us every morning and afternoon to see what we need…getting us taxi$ and great recommendations for restaurants or beach clubs. Highy Recommend this quaint, boutique hotel!!!

De host Braulio made our stay in NAJ Tulum amazing! After removing all negative energy through a ritual and explaining something about the mayan culture, he showed us our amazing apartment. Everything was clean, new and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we would need and the terrace with the private pool was such a luxury! During our stay, Braulio pro-actively checked in with us, provided us with suggestions and offered to help us when we were both sick. Would 100% recommend to stay in NAJ!

The only thing is that currently (aug 2023) still many properties are in development in that neighborhood, making it not the most lively and a bit loud from the building noises. Furthermore, a car would be helpful if you’d want to visit the beach/town/cenotes. However, don’t let this stop you because the hotel (and host) are too amazing to pass up!

This is a beautiful and clean place, everything about it was excellent, except that it is a bit distant from the main part of town. The staff, especially Braulio, was helpful and communicated well. The unit was really nice, with little touches like a retractable small clothesline for hanging lightweight clothes to dry in the shower. There is an ample closet, comfortable bed, nice bedding, towels, and pots, pans and utensils for cooking, nice sofa, dining area with table and chairs and ample patio with a table and chairs. There are rental places nearby for bikes and motorbikes. For a younger person, this place would be an excellent choice.

Taxis tend to be expensive and the taxi stand is a bit of a walk. Why it didn't work for me is that I do not ride bikes at this season of my life and we are traveling without a car, so it was not as easy to get around as in other parts of Mexico. .

The accommodation offers beautifully designed, very spacious and clean apartments. Naj is ideal as a starting point for excursions around Tulum. We appreciated the quiet location and the quality of the apartment to relax and recover from our activities around Tulum. What made our stay unique was the host Braulio: His very warm and individual care and especially his valuable tips made our stay an incomparable experience. We will definitely choose Naj again for our next stay in Tulum.

Everything was perfect!

Best decision I’ve made for my Tulum trip. Braulio went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. He went out of his way to help me rent a bike, organize visits to cenotes, schedule taxis, etc. He’s amazing!! Super clean and beautiful stay. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Reasonable price, new, and spacious. You have a private pool, a kitchen, as well as a public pool on the rooftop with incredible jungle views. I highly recommend naj tulum to anyone who’s visiting Tulum!!

We had a really good time at this new hotel in Tulum. The room was big and had all the stuff u needed for cooking. Our concierge Braulio provided the best service we ever had and helped us with everything that we needed and was always avaliable for questions. Overall an amazing experience at this beautiful place!!

Would be good if they had bikes that you can use there. Braulio can help you rent bikes but if the hotel had their own bikes it would be easier.

First time visiting Mexico and Tulum seemed like it was the perfect place to get away from everything in peace and quiet amongst the jungle and it was beautiful, Naj had everything we needed a very relaxing place would highly recommend and definitely would go and stay again plus the host Braulio and his staff were fantastic at making us feel right at home.

The hotel is brand-new, luxurious and the staff is amazing. Braulio was available at all times to help us plan our trips. He provided us with a guide on the best places in Tulum (also the hidden gems which are not crowded) and rented our bikes, which made that we had a great time at Naj Tulum. The vibe at Naj is really chill and the view from the rooftop is very nice.

This place and all the amenities are brand new and absolutely GORGEOUS design wise. The suites, gardens and rooftop are just beautiful. And staff is the best : always willing to help and smiling, with a special kuddo to the amazing and best concierge Braulio!

The building is close to a busy road so rooms on that side can get loud, hence my 8-9/10

really fun accommodation with a great host, Braulio who is always ready to help at any hour. the area is up and coming, with a better feeling of bohemian natural flow vs Tulum centre.

the area of Naj Tulum is a major construction site, for at least during 2023 expect dusty and bumpy roads, and construction noises.
