Very clean and modern hotel, with all necessary equipment in the room. very friendly staff, especially Omar from the reception who help me organize trips and to make sure I am enjoying my stay, Very appreciated attitude. He facilitated the room change to my satisfaction at no cost. Massage can be organized in-house, nice and professional although pricey. The dinner is available, typical Mexican dishes, tasty and good value for money. Responsive reception. Terrace view on the sunset must see!

There is no view from the room, all rooms look out inwards the patio/inner court so at the lower floors you don't have much day light. My room was adjacent to another with a connecting door (which were closed), but noisy at times when people were talking there, I could hear everything in my room. Far away to reach city center, not friendly to walk around after dark as a female solo traveler, as the way leads through isolated park with no lightning. Taxi is around 200-250 pesos. Something to consider. Renting the bike at the hotel very expensive compared to other solutions. Bike recommended to go to the beach, you cant walk there as it is too far. You should not charge people for extra coffee at breakfast when it is included, coffee could be improved.

We had very pleasant stay here, the staff was friendly, smiling and helpful everytime. We felt the warm care of us and enjoyed our stay. The food from the restaurant was great the waiting for the order took longer but definitely worth it! 😌 The breakfasts were really tasty but actually almost the same every day..

We had an apartment with a shower right next to the bed. As a couple we didnt mind it because of the intimacy but the shower transaprent glass should have marked the edge with something non transparent. It is not visible well and I almost hit the glass everytime I went to my bed :)) Don't underestimate the distances from the hotel to the beach and the city centre. Rent a bicycle either at the hotel (300MXN/day) or at nearby rental shops. We used Ola bike (200MXN/day), the bikes rode great!

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The private pool was a nice touch.

For this being a luxury hotel it only had street parking even though it states private parking. The parking that is available on the street is only available for four vehicles. We had to park across the street in a separate neighborhood and on the street. There was a rooftop party that was hosted by the Hotel and we went to check it out. We waited 30 mins to get a drink because they didn’t allow ordering directly from the bar. There were not many people and other tables that have been there for a while were waited on multiple times before we even placed a drink order.

Everything is excellent about this hotel. Even before you arrive the hotel team messages by WhatsApp to ensure that they know what your needs are and what tours and activities you want to do while staying with them. Breakfast is great and rooms either come with it included (continental breakfast) or you can order a la carte. The rooftop bar has fabulous sunset views and the pool there is lovely. Rooms are like apartments and are spacious and comfortable. Great amenities throughout. We were also able to hire the onsite bikes for an extra charge and this is a great way to go to town or down to the beach. The location of the hotel is perfectly suited for both town and the beach being in between the two. Guillermo and Omar on the front desk were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and booked all of our trips for us. Their recommendations of who to go with were excellent. We went on a day trip to Chichen Itza and also scuba diving in cenotes on another day. Both were with fantastic tour guides. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be back!

Nothing to improve - everything this hotel does is well thought through and they go out of their way to accommodate all of your wishes. An outstanding example of customer service.

The hotel is beautiful, very green, my bedroom was very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly, they helped out with everything, the service was really good and quick in both the restaurant and the roof top (especially considering sometimes it was only 1 person that had to run up and down the stairs!), and always with a smile. The complementary breakfast is very nice and if you want something different you can order it too for an extra price, but for me the continental breakfast was enough (fruit plate, a coffee, an orange juice, a bread, a croissant, and eggs with frijoles). The rooftop is really cool, they have lounge music and even though the pool is quite small, it’s a great place to dip in the water when it’s too hot in the sun. Also, during my stay, I really liked that the rooftop wasn’t too crowded, so you could just relax and there was always a spot to sit. I also took a massage, which was great! There is a little spa within the hotel itself. The area the hotel is in, is a bit outside Tulum center (which I liked as you can go there if you like but you’re in a quiet neighborhood), but that is something to consider as taxis are quite expensive these days and there is not much to find in the surroundings (restaurants, bars, supermarket, laundry etc). I was happy to stay at the hotel, but it depends on what you’re looking for. Also, the WiFi works really good and they have a coworking space!

I really liked everything!

The staff was amazing, so nice and helpful. We felt so welcomed. The rooms look stylish, clean and new. The rooftop is super cool and you can order food from the restaurant the whole day. The food is very good, just a bit expensive ( but this is everywhere in Tulum the case). Location was perfect for us as it was quite and very safe, you just need a bike or scooter.

Breakfast is always the same when booking the continental. A bigger pool would make the hotel just perfect,.

We loved our stay! The staff were amazing, especially Omar who went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay! He advised on what attractions to visit, great restaurants and helped us book activities. We felt so looked after and had a really amazing time! The rooms were really comfortable, the hotel was in a good location and the facilities were lovely! Don’t think twice about booking!

the hotel design was really nice. having my breakfast in front of a pool and trees and birds signing was a delightful experience. The rooftop was great surprise. Exploring the surroundings by bicycle was also another good thing done during my holidays.

only thing maybe disposition of showers with no cover. for a couple That’s ok (that was my case) but a for a couple of friends or for siblings maybe it could result a bit embarrassing.

Very clean and well hidden from noise of road Gwermo I’m sorry as I know probably misspelled your name. But if your staying there and he is on site, he is the best person to have to look after you. I had no trouble getting settled in, finding places to go out, getting a cab picking me up because of Gwermo and his excellent customer skills!!! A star
