I loved how clean the property was at all times. Throughout the day you could see the pool getting cleaned or windows, made me feel like the property is well managed. The staff was so helpful, no matter what time of day or what was asked they assisted the best way possible. The staff was so pleasant as well. Breakfast was offered daily, it was limited to just about the same thing daily with a few changes, but very convenient and good. Everything was fresh like it was picked out of a garden. The property is small and was not noisy. The most noise would be the occasional chickens or birds, maybe a car here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. I experienced the Temazcal which was a unique and informative experience. The experience by the spa was amazing. The hotel room was very nice and was as pictured. Overall the property was worth it. The location was not too far, but taxi availability was only a text away. I felt safe at the location as well. The bathroom was awesome, there were a lot of organic items to bathe and care for your body. I read many reviews that gave me mixed reviews about this property, but until you experience it you would know if its for you. I loved it here and would recommend for anyone that wants a simple, quiet place while visiting.

The only issue was the bed, it was not too comfortable.

Arturo at the front desk was very welcoming and showed us around including the hotels own little cenote! The area is only a 10 min walk from the main strip and there are taxis outside most of the time. The hotel itself is luxury there are 3 or 4 lovely pools (one may be a small child's pool) but a lot of the rooms have their own small deep pool with jets to relax. The beds are very comfy and you can cook and store food in the fridge. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and was delicious! Eggs, sausages, fruit, Mexican food, pancakes what more do you need! Was a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. 🔥

I love the location, the staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and friendly!!!! The room was clean, cozy and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The hotel has awesome amenities as well...I highly recommend this place to anyone staying there. Thank you so much to the staff at Waves for an incredible experience for my much-needed holiday!

Loved everything! Such a nice and relaxing hotel. The penthouse apartment was fantastic. Everything spotless clean. The pools were lovely and very clean. Nice fitness room. Great breakfast! Kind and helpful staff. Easy parking.

Only downside is the location. View is the poor area. Small dirt road to the hotel. A little distance to restaurants. Pretty far from the beach. We had a car, so it was not a problem.

The location of the hotel is perfect and everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was amazing with an upstairs jacuzzi balcony and the views were really nice. Johnathan and Omar were the friendliest and cutest employees!

WiFi connection was occasionally a bit unreliable.

What an amazing place i can call home the location was perfect in-between town and the beach short distance with a car - comfy beds spacious rooms - very nice pool - amazing service and special thanks to sara at the reception who took care of us our whole stay with everything we needed from check in till check out . Definitely staying next year there

The staff were really friendly, in particular the reception staff & the bartender at the main pool, we didn’t catch his name but he was a young man and was super friendly and always smiled and said hello to us when we saw him. The house keeping staff were also very friendly. The property itself was good value for the facilities, the main pool is very nice & during our stay it was super quiet most days & a few days we often had the whole pool to ourselves. There was also 3 other pools that were all very nice too. The rooms were very pleasant with cooking facilities & a nice amount of utensils, pots, pans etc (my only recommendation would be a tea towel / wash cloth would’ve been nice for the kitchen but not really an issue!). The gym facilities were great, all of the equipment you would need to get a decent session in.

The area the hotel is in isn’t great. It’s obvious it’s a fairly poor area and the road from the hotel to the strip is a bit of a dirt track with a lot of rubbish etc on the way, not the safest feeling at night although we did walk it most nights and we were fine but it definitely wasn’t pleasant. Other than that the only issue I would say about the property itself is our room’s plunge pool did turn our swimsuits green as one or two days there wasn’t any chlorine put into the water but as soon as we let the staff know they were super apologetic and attended to the issue straight away.
