At the property we had the chance to rent a scooter at a reasonable price, which made it easier for us to travel through Tulum. The breakfast was a buffet, which included yogurt, fruit, granola, cornflakes, bread, bread spreads + coffee/orange juice, and additionally we could choose one dish form the breakfast menu, which the staff cooked for us every morning. Nice pool to cool off during a hot day. The staff was very helpful!

It was really calm in the evening, there is not a lot to do in the are where this hotel is located, therefore we either had to drive more towards the centre of the city or stay in our room watching a movie.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Turquoise. The hotel is located in the heart of Valletta, where you'll find all the amenities. The two outdoor pools are really top-notch. The staff are lovely, discreet, attentive and give good advice on places to visit in Tulum. The breakfast is great! The bedding is good, everything you need for a good night's rest after a day's adventure in the Yucatan. The possibility of borrowing a bike free of charge is a real advantage!

The possibility of eating in the evening would be great to add as an option. It's useful after a long day of hiking in the Yucatan.

There are so many positives about this hotel: friendly staff, good cleaning of the rooms, pretty + modern design, 2 nice long pools, big breakfast with eggs of choice, super cute hotel cat and convenient location.

This is the first place I have been to that does not offer free drinking water (and they could probably save a lot on breakfast orange juice if they did ;), but the worst is definitely the noise coming from the opposite hookah bar and other (difficult to pinpoint locations, perhaps rooftop bars or private rentals) which often starts in the morning and goes on deep into the night. (I really think the owners need to have a word with the landlords of the surrounding Airbnbs/ gastronomy to reduce the noise pollution, especially at night)

The pool at this property is amazing. Is about 6 ft just be aware. But it the perfect pool to learn how to swim. Also serve staff were great, also helpful. And there are bars right outside the property.

My one turn off about this property was the construction. It can be a bit Noisy if you are relaxing by the pool. Also the breakfast choice is very limited.

it was cute and zen vibes, I liked the style of the place. the breakfast was perfect amount of food and we really enjoyed the pools to swim and relax in. the driver who also picked us from the airport and dropped us at the hotel was fantastic. the shower was the best shower I’ve ever had!

was kind of loud at night, also couldn’t figure out the AC machine so it was super hot the first night.

DO NOT rent bikes from them! they are awful and bad condition and very old so hard to cycle, same price around the corner for much better bikes. Also the location is quite far from the main town/restaurants etc., I would not feel comfortable walking home at night by myself or with females only down the dark roads to turquoise hotel and cabs are v expensive (400peso and drivers won’t budge on this). Also breakfast could be better considering price of stay, it’s very basic and we had much better across Mexico for cheaper.

Very nicely decorated rooms, generally quiet and kudos to cleaning staff they did an amazing job! The hotel is located a bit further from central which I loved bcs center is very hectic and does not give the tulum vibes.

Check in was a pain, I waited for 30minutes on the door to be checked in. Breakfast was bread, jam, yoghurt and cereals. I hope there was something more for food (at least some eggs etc)

The ambience was really nice, wifi was super good and we did like the overall stay at Turquoise.

The reception was less than we hoped for, and we don't need alot. In summary "here is the key and here is the room.....bye" no info about how the lock works, the Wifi, the safety deposit box local activitys or anything. All we had was the brown stains on the towels. So that left us a bit in of a bad mood sinds it was a long journey to get there. The breakfast was nothing special but everything you need.

The room was spacey enough and it was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable too. Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.The staff was polite and willing to help. Although there was a problem at first with my reservation, the situation was handled very professionally. I enjoyed my stay and therefore, I recommend it.

The place is gorgeous, the pool, the decor, the plants... it is nice and cool and shady and peaceful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Lovely place to stay, especially for couples.

We wish we were warned about the construction that started at 7am, but it actually didn't bother us too much since we got up early and came back in the afternoon when it was over anyways. Also, they mention they have bikes for guests to use, but we were not told about any bikes when we checked in, we didn't see any, and so we ended up renting bikes from somewhere else. Also don't expect super amazing breakfast, but it does the job!
