We honestly had a loveluy stay in Lagoon boutique. There is some little down side however the price for a night was really low so I guess you get what you pay for even thought it was plenty! The room was really big with a kitchen fitted which wa sreally handy. I believe we were almost alone in the htel for most of our stay - pretty cool to use all the facily especially the rooftop pool. The courtyard looks absoluty lovely. Each room also has a balcony. There was no hot water, the sink and kitchen did show a little rust. No room service daily - they did ask us on our last day ( 3rd night ) if we wanted our beding change. Location is a little out of the center in a construction zone kind of looking but not g Overall we had a really nice stay for the money with spend.

A little gem for the best price you can find in Tulum. The hotel is located outside the hustle and bustle of the town - but still just a handfuls of minutes away from the main road, where you can find nice bars and restaurants at a convenient price (rare for tulum!!!). If you need a quick latte in the morning you’ll find nice coffee shop in the area, and you have mini markets just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The room was perfectly clean, you have a balcony with the view on one of the nice pool of the property, and on top you have a lovely terrace with another pool where we enjoyed the sunset sipping a beer that you can buy directly from the reception. The room is also furnished with everything you need to cook a nice dinner on the terrace, which is very nice if you want to make yourself a breakfast or avoiding spending money in dining out. Shout out to the receptionist Armando who was extremely kind to us, provided us with great recommendations and helping us with everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this place to any friend coming to Tulum :) Best value for money - such a lovely place to stay!

You get what you pay for! If you’re expecting a bar, breakfast, location, etc for this value… you’re not going to get it anywhere! For the price… this Boutique was everything I needed for a solo trip! I felt safe, as there was a huge deadbolt lock and key for the stylist front door to the property. Armando, the front desk guy, was there almost everyday all day or available by WhatsApp. The maintenance guy was also available, but I had to use a translator as he doesn’t speak Spanglish like I do. :) The location wasn’t near ANYTHING tourist and there was a little corner store a block away for snacks, drinks, and things you can heat and eat in the kitchen provided. I really think that this property is perfect for digital nomads or people on an extended break/vacation. You can get a taxi if you walk one block to the Main Street, but I rented a scooter. Armando printed out photos and prices for me for a scooter and the guy delivered it to me!!! So once I had my own transportation, it was perfect! And only 5 mins from the ADO bus which I took to Playa Del Carmen ($7USD) and also back to the Cancun airport ($20USD). It also has 2 cute small pools, but the best one is the roof top during the day. No lights in it at night.

The toilet has a very low water level & may need some help flushing with water from the sink. The shower water was pretty salty, so I used bottle water to brush my teeth and wash my face.

Very Nice and beautiful hotel. Staff was super friendly. We liked the rooftop pool, but a few more pool beds Would be Nice. The kitchen in our room was convenient, but the knifes we're not sharp.. the location was good for us, as we don't mind to walk for a 'while': it was about 20 minutes. The only 2 bad things about the room was that there was too much light, poor window coverage, so we woke up very early each morning. The second thing is there was a lot of noice on the Streets, especially the dogs in the neighbourhood and a rooster who made a lot of noice each night and the whole night.. so Bring earplugs if you want a peaceful night :) Besides these Points, really recommend this hotel as the important boxes were all 'checked'.

The Hotel is beautifully appointed. Armando and the rest of the team were very friendly and attentive to all needs. It was a great bonus having water available. Aircon and wifi were great. There is a little store nearby for supplementary items, and a takeaway pizza and pasta place. I like to explore so I won't stay again, but was very happy the week I stayed here. Recommended.

A bit far too walk to Centro, but fine if you have transport.

It was an ensuite room with a small balcony and a kitchenette by the entrance. The bedroom and bathroom were newly decorated, clean and overall nice. I did not use the kitchen. In the inner courtyard of the building, there is a small cenote-like swimming pool - really great! I stayed at the property off season and paid little money, so I was very happy.

The property is located in a district far away from the center of Tulum and about 30 mins drive away from the beach.

The place was beautiful and prefect. A little bit of luxury at a great price. Pool is nice, court yard is beautiful. Blender for making smoothies is lovely. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

It is a little bit from town on a residential dirt road and taxis are super expensive. 150 pesos from the ride from the ado station. But if you can rent a scooter/bicycle or like a walk it's perfect.

The staff were exceptional, very welcoming and all round lovely people. The location and hotel was hidden but stood out with its building art mural, just off the main road, nice, quiet and relaxing. The rooftop pool was beautiful, and the communal kitchen allowed us to make food with ease and eat amongst friends. We had a garden view full of plants and cave/waterfall pool. We were also able to rent bikes and use them all day for cheap, this allowed us to cycle all the way to the Ruins and back without taxi fares.

The bed sheets and towels had a few stains on but when reported the staff were fast and effective to change the bedding and ensured everything we had was clean. Was a malfunction with their washing machine or something, no other issues with the cleanliness the following days.

Everything was good about LBH, well, it's not a boutique, but for two cheap travellers like us, who came across a dicount for this hotel, we were pretty amazed! Upon booking we checked reviews, like for any booking, and it seemed fine enough,sure it's a bit far for the center(15mins), but you can rent bikes (200pesos/24h, 300pesos/48h)in the center or at the hotel, which you'll probably end up doing anyway wherever you stay at. As formthe water taste, well, it's true, the water has a taste, like everywhere in tullum, not a problem, just don't drink it. The host, Iskender, was really nice to us, at many occasions. There is a rooftop swimming pool, which on a stary night, with a beer or two is such a plus!

nothing. that said, After booking, we got scared from the reviews on Google, but i have a feeling it's vendetta or realestate mafia techniques to sink a business (as all reviews are from mexican account and that's the one and only review they post #fakeAccount?). i dont know. We honnestly had a very positive experience

Amazingly beautiful hotel. I loved the rooftop pool. There was free coffee. A minimarket was right around the corner. All in all it was pretty amazing to stay there.

It was a bit remote, but had walkable distance to the city centre. The kitchen only had one small pan to cook and the wood on the terrace was partly broken. One of my 2 nights, there was very loud disco music.
