The room was great and spacious even with 4 of us. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed stocked enough to make do for simple meals. Aesthetically the room and building generally were very nice, and we enjoyed using the hammocks down by the pool. The area around the building was a bit strange, as there's tons of new buildings going up, which can make the neighborhood feel a bit empty, but there were always people walking down the road, and there are several nice restaurants/taco stands/bars within a 10 minute walk. Really recommend going to the Tapatia Vegan Tacos stand down the road for a cheap and delicious lunch.

If you're driving, you should definitely be aware that a good section of the road to get to the hotel is unpaved and FULL of potholes. We had a small rental car and it was a bit worrisome. I'm sure at some point it'll get fixed since there's clearly a lot of development going on in the area, but for now, just keep it in mind. This is more of an issue we had with Tulum in general, but it's not a very walkable place specifically in the daytime heat. The hotel location and value for the price were great, but driving to the beach was stressful and it was hard to find parking. Maybe if you rent a bike it would be find. But driving/walking to Tulum town was totally fine and there was a fair amount of street parking.

Appartment is new and nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It also has a nice swimming pool.

Not really their fault, but it's located near some really bad roads. Glad my rental car had full insurance or I wouldnt be comfortable driving there. Anyway, it's prob something that'll improve over time since that area has a lot of development going on

The apartman was very specious and comfortable with nice decoration 2 spacious room, each room has a tv only not the best for cooking it wasn't to much pans for frying or cooking. The swimming pool was very enjoyable. Only the road is very poor condition. The lokacion is fine plenty of restaurants arund and a little shop is located close. WiFi signal is not so quality. All together was fine.

I like it the large rooms with the large bed. And the 2 bath room was very comfortable 😊

Was expecting something more like a hotel which has a full staff that brings in fresh towels daily, cleans room, concierge-like personnel, etc. but it was more of a self-serve place. That is okay however, everything else was good.

Very nice, clean and well equipped place. A comfortable apartment with a kitchen and bathrooms and a shared swimming pool. Highly recommend!

It is a bit difficult to drive there (last two hundred meters) due to the low quality of the road.

we where on the 3Th flore so we had the pool on the rooftop that’s was amazing and the room was so big and we appreciate so much the decorations. The commun pool was beautiful with those hamac.

The pillows wasn’t so good for me and my boyfriend it’s was to soft, also the road around the hotel isn’t to easy to drive I hope soon they build a road

Everything!! Everyone had their own bathroom but especially rooftop plunge pool and it had its own bathroom. Beautiful place definitely going back. Near downtown too or main strip.

Wish street was better, only and I mean my only complaint but nothing property owners can do.

Room is pretty big and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with supplies which is great, we ended up cooking breakfast. Pool is also nice. I see everyone is talking about the street being bad but that is not the property’s fault.

the roads outside of the property are terrible. it created a scratch on my Tesla rental

The studio was very roomy and high end. The private pool was a nice touch. We rented bikes to get around and had no problems. It was a very enjoyable stay at Aruna.
