everything was good.

the a.c didn’t work in the upstairs room. upon arrival all rooms were extremely hot

The staff was pleasant, the location was ideal! It was minutes away from everything we needed! The actual condo was breathtaking! Every aspect of our room was perfect.

A few things, the actual wash cloths were never given to us upon arrival and when we requested them they made us pay 17usd for 2 washcloths. We told them that we did not receive them and they did not believe us. Also the day we purchased the washcloths we were not told that the water was out and didn’t discover that until we got back to the room. The water was back on before the end of the day, but was out due to a down tower. Also we had a couch bed for the other guest and we had no sheets or covers for them, we were able to get 1 sheet from the front desk. The stay was almost perfect, but these were the few things that were a bother.

The room is very nice and the condo itself looks super lush. Location is okay - its not that far from the main street. Its just a little dark to walk at night by yourself (as a woman) so i needed a taxi all the time..

The private pool was very cold! But still i enjoyed it (did a Wim Hof every morning ;) The shower was warm but very short warm. They say you get 5 min of warm water, it was more like 2 min. After a long day outside you just need a hot shower (at least i do)

I love the design, very upscale. Very beautiful!

I didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have a tv. We like to end our nights with a movie in bed. I also didn’t like the sewer smell in the bathrooms and that they didn’t provide washcloths.

The hotel was clean and looked very high class. unbelievable for the low price its stated. Beds were big and comfy. You had a freezer there and a nice clean bath.

The streets in Tulum are a big mess. I've never seen something like this before. How can the hotels be THAT good but the streets are the worst i have ever seen. Big bumps everywhere. Most of the cars from the locals there are damaged. Be careful there when you are with a rented car !

we loved the place its worth the money, we had a nice stay and time after understanding that these things happen at every hotel in tulum or area ,mosquitoes, hot water only for couple of minutes, the only problem i might recommended is to clean the hotel a bit more even if means charging more, this hotel has great potential and we loved it hospitality and had a great time the staff was lovely

The receptionist was so lovely and friendly. Loved the pool which was mostly empty and my room was amazing massive very comfortable bed. I also loved the view of trees and the plunge pool. The hotel gym was also very good. I also really liked the area being a bit out of town. it’s super close to the new jungle gym which was awesome. Lots of cafes nearby.

The first room I was in was outside the complex which I didn’t like, as soon as I told the receptionist she moved me inside so this was fine.

the rooftop pool & Bartender up top was the Best!! we loved hanging out up there so much! room was massive and very good for the price. some of the property was a little dirty but not that noticeable. most staff was ok, bartender was only staff that was super nice and fun, rest was average but wouldn’t make us not stay again as we think it was a great deal!

some staff at beginning was rude but got fixed after we said we didn’t feel super welcomed, not going to affect us much we would still stay again!

I love this property so much I love the location and the style of the apartments. the customer service is also really good.

I had to change rooms because the room had sent been cleaned for a what looked like a while. the new room had just been cleaned and didn’t have any of the fancy table settings and soaps/ trinkets that the original one did. Also the shower didn’t work that well the water came out like a bad water drip.

There was no breakfast, but the hotel was really nice. It has a lovely rooftop swimming pool and a friendly barman over there! The staff was friendly and helpful. Nearby you can find different cosy places to eat or for drinks. If you want to have a walk to the city centre then it is nearby and we recommend you to do it! Also you can rent bikes from the hotel, but if they don't have any, then there is a lot of bikes/scooter rents around the corner!

The only sad thing is that they don't offer the breakfast. Otherwise everything was nice. Also the toiletries were half empty and they forgot to replace them. So we had to manage without them... But it was our fault also, that we didn't remind that!
