Great location in a quiet street but close to the centre, the room was clean and well equiped and the balcony had a view to nature which was perfect. Very nice and helpful personal. We will come again for sure!

We could hear sounds from other rooms and stairs but it was not too bad.

This apartment is pretty nice - I don't quite understand the bad reviews it gets. We had a lovely, large window with a calm view over a green area (although a bit loud in summer by ~8am with the windows opened on the weekday as there is a kindergarten just across with noisy kids). Room was fine and price-quality ratio was reasonable by Amsterdam's ridiculously expensive standards. Location is convenient, just outside the central "conquered by tourists" canal area of Amsterdam. Staff were friendly. We rented their bikes which was convenient, although we didn't book far enough in advance and needed to get one elsewhere (a ~5-8 min walk) which turned out to be a little cheaper for a similar quality bike. Anyway the staff member recommended that as an option to us straight away, as they do book out all of their bikes pretty quickly. It definitely deserves more than its 3.0 star rating on Google. I vaguely remember that they also have like an "ultra budget room" category, so ... don't book the "ultra budget room" if you want something nice? We booked a standard double which looked just like in their advertising photos.

The room was lovely. Bed really comfy. Great location. Great value for money. Size of room was great compared to other rooms you get in Amsterdam

It was very hot though there is a pipe that goes through the room and it's constantly hot so is a bit hot for our liking luckily we had a patio door that we slept with open. The coffee sachets, milk etc were not filled from the previous guest as there was no milk and only one coffee sachet. The staff were a bit they couldn't be bothered to talk to you unless had to so weren't overly welcoming apart from the one man we spoke to on reception he was the nicest put of all of them. Other than this it is a nice hotel and great value and loved the location so would stay again due to that.

The hotel was fantastically located - we managed to do everything we planed and more because this hotel is in the heart of the city! The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. They responded to all my query's and did so with a smile! I'd defiantly recommend this hotel to a friend.

The beds we're slightly smaller than a single and double appeared to be 2 singles pushed together which wasn't too comfy. The room could also have slightly better facilities, to include primarily: a mini fridge.

Location wasn't bad at all, had plenty of cafés and restaurants to eat at, only 20 minutes walk from Red Light District and all the shopping in Amsterdam. 20 minutes from the airport. Keep in mind when ordering Uber is that the street this hotel located on is locked at night, nobody told us and we couldn't understand why Uber won't come to the front of the hotel. Ask about it reception if you are planning on using Uber. Other than that clean, decent rooms, friendly stuff!

SUPER THIN WALLS! We could hear literally everything. If you are a sensitive sleeper like myself bring earplugs!!!

The bed was comfy and they provided sufficient (perhaps more than needed) towels. The location was also very good and close to a park and the city center.

There was a bit of mishap with the breakfast because we thought was included and had a coffee plus a small muffin but they seemed understanding about it. Apart from that the fact that we stayed at the third floor was a bit tiring after a full day stroll around the city.

Good location, very close to Vondelpark and the museums. Small but comfortable room. Toiletries replaced promptly when used. Good cleaning service and felt overall nicer than expected in a 2 star hotel

Extremely steep, narrow, uneven stairs particularly the last set going up to the 3rd floor which is where our room was. We had to turn sideways to maneouver certain steps and it was a definite fall risk carrying suitcases. Would recommend caution if accessibility is in any way an issue.

Good location, close to the city center but on a quiet street. Many places to eat nearby. Direct bus to the airport nearby. The room was okay, clean. The staff were very friendly. They have luggage storage.

The room was very dated, power outlets were falling out of the wall, window frame was broken. The beds weren't very comfortable.

Location was good for the price, walkable to the center and points of transport. Bed was comfy and having the balacony for the outside space was great.

The stairs to the rooms were steep and there were no lifts, so if you have heavy bags it was a bit difficult. Some of the decor was little bit tired (the wood on the floor)

You can feel, that the hotel is looked after really well and carefully. Open & bright rooms, modern & clean bathroom, nice lobby and awesome location! I felt really comfortable and would definitely come back.

(some very small details I would have liked, that would have made it perfect: a nightstand, a kettle, the beds being attached to each other (they kept moving apart because they‘re on wheels I suppose))
