Beautiful building and interior, and is situated at the entrance of Vondelpark. Beautiful room. TV with Netflix option. Unlimited coffee and fresh towels. Plus, a massive and very comfy bed and lots of soft pillows. Staff members were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Ask about bicycle rentals, you might be able to score a discount through the hotel.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and a lack of air circulation and ventilation started causing some mold on the shower curtain. That was the only thing that should be looked into.

Location was excellent, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The picture for the room seemed much bigger than in reality, the windows seemed at least 3-4 times bigger. If we wanted a mirror while using the hairdryer in the bathroom we could only plug it in if the hairdryer cord literally went across and below the faucet and into the sink. If someone was not paying attention or perhaps not sober while drying their hair it could easily be life threatening. Huge safety hazard.

Location was good for tram links in and around the city. Staff was lovely. Rooms was nice and comfy.

The app for the hotel was constant hassle and didn't work. The cool outdoor smoking area is only for tobacco which seems silly. The double bed was two singles together with a bunch of stuff piled on and made up in a way that was requiring constant re making each day.

Myself and my Mrs really enjoyed our stay at Sonder Park House ! We both will definitely be back ! The staff are great and are very helpful! The room was warm and very clean on arrival! We both Couldn't of had the warmest, cleanest, and cosiest time in Amsterdam! Thank you for an amazing time! They organized transport to the airport as well for us the taxi was there on time! Very well done and very organised!

The evening reception staff was amazing! Dina and Chris were very friendly and gave us lots of excellent recommendations about what to see and where to eat 🥰 thank you for making our stay so special ❣️

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, right next to a beautiful park (Vondelpark), and 2 minute walk from many of the big museums. The neighborhood had everything we needed (restaurants, bakeries), and a very convenient public transportation to other parts of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom big and convenient. The service was great. The public spaces of the hotel (lounge, backyard and lobby) were useful and fun to hang out in. The staff was always happy to make us good (free) coffee, with a smile and an friendly chat.

The room was a bit small, and had no storage space or refrigerator. It was also a bit dusty.

Loved the location of this hotel. Easy access to Vondelpark, Museumplein and trams. Restaurants and cafes close by. Staff really friendly and accommodating. The room I had was light and airy and the toiletries supplied were great. Complimentary coffee offered in the reception area. Downstairs and outside areas both really well laid out. Coffee and tea in the room brilliant.

If there had been two in the room I had, there would not have been enough storage for clothes. Instead of the trolley with the coffee and tea on it, change it for a chest of drawers and the drinks can sit on top of it. Wall behind the bed needs repainting (room 126) Because it is no smoking, guests tend to congregate on the front steps. If you're going to have people smoking outside, you have to keep the entrance swept. Paint the front door and put real plants in your planters. Little things make a huge difference.

Loved the staff and how helpful and kind they were, very professional, and when we had a problem they solved it immediately. They made our stay very comfortable.

I understand that we were visiting in a high season, however i think for what the hotel provides, it's quite overpriced. Also, the photos on Booking.com for each room type are not really accurate, because not all rooms look the same due to the fact that it's a historical building. So if you're booking your room based on the photos, make sure you confirm the room facilities with the hotel first.

Reception staff is great, friendly and helpful. Great room, clean, big and spacious. Great bed, bedding and towels. The hotel is lovely, it has an elevator to the rooms and is in a great location, you will do everything on foot and safely. We received complimentary sunglasses, we loved them!

The toilet seat area is separate from the sink and shower area. The window in the room I stayed in faced an alley next to the hotel where construction was taking place and a lot of people passed by, we had to be careful with the curtains so they couldn't see into our room. There is a small staircase at the entrance to the hotel, but there are elevators inside.
