Location was great, peaceful and situated in a complex with a bakery, mini-mart, restaurants, swimming pool, spa and has multiple types of accomodation options. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Easy travel to the city centre via taxi which the hotel has readily available or quick response when called.

The breakfast restaurant was a little crowded and we weren't sure if we were supposed to pay there before leaving or at the hotel reception upon checkout. There wasn't any staff at the breakfast restaurant front desk to be able to ask.

Friendly staff, great view from the hotel's 4th floor. We had a room with a large balcony, which was perfect in the autumn sun. Airconditioning in the bedroom seems appropriate, especially in the hot summer sun. The pool was small but good, the wellness center was great.

Staff at the restaurant ('t Proeflokaal') was more occupied with their own phones and chitchat than with customers. Waited a very long time to order, for the drinks and later the food to show. When addressed the response was 'not my problem'. There is limited parking at P1. P2 on the other side of the road is also available.

Enough parking space, was really clean and big, i also like that the you had already quite some few things at the location like a restaurant and a bakery, great amenities i would not have expected in a hotel aswel for example; oven, big fridge plates, spoons, forks etc.... Enjoyed the swimming pool aswell, awesome distance from the city, you still in Maastricht but also feels out of the city like your in your own village with everything you might need.

Would have love a slightly later checkout but that's no big deal, its personal prefence and its a hotel so it makes sense.

The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant is available at the resort territory and the food was ok. Nice resort territory. The fridge, kettle and coffee machine are in the room. All devices operate well.

Tiny odd/inconvenient things: -navigator won't find the hotel by the address. You should input hotel name -300 euro deposit is required plus to the hotel rate. It is returned within 1-2 weeks after checkout -towel hooks in the bathroom were upside down, won't able to keep towels -wardrobe was close to the left wall while the door opened from left to righr, very inconvenient -when smoking at the smoking area outside the hotel, each time the security guide came and asked who we are and why we are here (can't tell whether it is plus or minus)

We had a hotel apartment, which was really spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy. The Spa in the resort is really great. Parking is readily available and the resort is just on the outskirts of Maastricht, but by car you are within 5-7 minutes in the city centre. We could not get a reservation during our stay at the Michelin star restaurant, but the on site restaurant is very pleasant and convenient.

I would have liked bathrobes in the apartment.

The quietness at night at the resort is great, nice big and clean rooms, great breakfast.

For the Amstel they served breakfast exceptional at 7 instead of 8 o'clock, they didn't make a lot of publicity for that and for people driving the big tours this is far too late, so not a lot of people used this breakfast. Maybe for next year they can create breakfast boxes for the early birds

Everything went well

We didn't enjoy the taxi drive home from the Andre Rieu concert. The driver drove much too fast.. He almost collided with some cyclists. I think he drove an A Classe MB. The driver who took us into town earlier was great. MB E Classe Estate Car

Large and comfortable room and bathroom in a modern hotel on the edge of town, part of a resort campus. Secure storage for our bikes

First Dutch hotel, of many, I have used where the young receptionist did not speak English. Breakfast supposed to start at 08.00 but they were still laying out food items at 8.30. Stingy with in room refreshments , just two tea bags and 2 coffee capsules

Nice size rooms with comfy beds. Free use of swimming pool which was nice and clean.Staff very helpful and polite

Breakfast was little expensive. Resteraunt was shut on two of the days during my stay.

The buildings are beautiful, the location is simply stunning and the staff in general is super kind.

My bathroom had a huge pink stay on the floor and glitter all over and the staff at the check out only talk to me in Dutch (which I don’t know)
