The communal facilities were excellent, large dining area, commercial sized HUGE kitchen & a lovely large TV area. The room was very clean & modern & as it was very cold when we stayed, the heat pump worked a treat. The staff were very welcoming as well. This motel would 100% suit business guests & contractors & large groups travelling together

room was a little small & compact but had everything one would need within the room. If not the HUGE communal area made up for anything lacking. Unfortunately our room was facing a new development site & we were woken at 6am with road traffic & workmen arriving to commence work & then noisy work commenced around 7ish. Also the orientation of our room (south side) did not get any sun & was extremely cold until we got the heat pump working but once on & going, room warmed up very quickly

Very pleased when I stayed here for 2weeks January 24. Very clean and comfortable. The apartments are very modern and in a separate block there is everything you could need. Large comfortable modern lounge with plenty of seating and TV. Excellent kitchen facilities with multiple cookers, 0vens, microwave, fridges etc should you want to prepare a meal. Also a large modern dining room available for guests to use.. Fridge, toaster and kettle with cutlery and crockery in the room also. Staff were really pleasant and friendly and I would certainly stay here again next time I`m in NZ.

Everything was fine.

The bedroom was nice n tidy the bathroom was spacious. But the floor heating didnt work (not in our expectation though). The shared kitchen was exceptionally clean and tidy with plenty of cooking utensils and cutlery. Salt and pepper n some basic spices were available, made it easier for us. Thanks. In the ad though it said private kitchen was provided. May be it meant microwave? We could not use Netflix n Youtube though .not set ready for us to use. Suggestions: Some hooks in the bathroom would be useful. A little table would also be useful especially since the sink was very small with no bench at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay there for 2nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us!

This is a modern two-story studio apartment complex situated in an industrial area of Cromwell. The main room is moderately sized and has a comfortable king-size double bed (some have multiple single beds), a small built-in wardrobe, and a kitchenette comprising a microwave, fridge, and sink with sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom comprises a good walking shower, sink, and toilet. The rooms are double-glazed and air-conditioned. Parking and WiFi are free. The complex also has a large communal kitchen facility and dining and lounge areas for groups to use. Communal coin-operated laundry is also available. Several supermarkets and restaurants are situated within easy driving distance in Cromwell. The Harvest Park Studios Workers' Accommodation is well-priced and central for exploring this part of Otago.

You can get a bit of noise from some of the industrial sites early in the morning. However, this is minimal, especially if the double-glazed windows are kept closed.

Modern and clean accommodation, which is well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms are motel style (as in, side by side in a row, although you don't park in front of the room), which makes them very quiet. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Cromwell.

The accommodation is located in a new industrial precinct outside of Cromwell town centre. While this wasn't an issue for us, we didn't expect it to be quite so far out of town or in an industrial area. The area is very quiet, however, and the kitchen facilities are fantastic for enabling self-catered options. We didn't have a vehicle, so it was a 2.5km walk into Cromwell for dinner (and back again after), but we enjoy walking and the walk goes through some lovely parkland, so not an issue for us, particularly as we were only there one night. It would probably have been annoying if we'd stayed longer. Just be aware if you book!

Beautiful new complex. Compact, full featured rooms with everything you need. Comfy bed. Huge bonus is the comprehensive kitchen, dinning, lounge complex - outstanding functionality. We prepared a meal, ate in the dinning section and relaxed in the spacious lounge (with a big screen tv if wanted). Speedy WiFi. Laundry also available. Free parking. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great value IMHO.

In industrial area so some noise 0800 to 1800. Didn’t affect us at all.

Facilities were exceptional, especially the bathroom. Very good value for money if a comfortable stay is a priority. The shared kitchen dining area was huge and all appliances and cookware was new, clean and organized. As I cooked onsite I found these facilities a pleasure to use.

It's in the industrial side of town but still only 5 minutes drive to the heritage precinct and town center. It was located in a very quiet area which was nice. The kitchen dining room was not open on one of mornings during the stated opening hours. I assume this may be the case at times of low usage, but probably can just check with reception if necessary, staff all seem very friendly.

Everything! The cleanliness, the warmth, how comfortable the beds were. The staff were amazing so accommodating. We, last minute asked for an extra bed & they allowed us too. We asked for an earlier check in time due to having to travel & go to a Hens Do not long after arriving and they had not only one but both of our rooms available for us two hours before regular check in! The rooms must be very sound proof as apparently one of the rooms of girls were talking and laughing so loud & no one in my room heard a thing! Absolutely lovely & stunning. Had everything we needed & the perfect space for us. (Bonus: was walking distance to the location of the party too!)

The Staff and i think she was the Boss were so nice, very genuine loving people, always helpful, and the apartments were really clean and a decent size. They have an separate area for the kitchen and living room area which was nice had everything you needed even air fryers 😍👌 Its about 47min drive from Queenstown, which wasnt that bad heaps to do on all directions. It was nice to see other parts, like wanaka. Thanks for having us. Rueben & Crystal

The location was a little drive out of town which we were aware of when booking. The value for money was great. The facilities are fantastic, with a kitchen available for all guests to use. This kitchen is clean and has absolutely everything you need to make a great meal. The laundry facilities were also very handy. Our room was extremely clean,a very comfortable firm king bed, with comfortable pillows . The bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with great water pressure.
