the atmosphere of this motel is really good. Like the Japanese Maple. The two rooms we rent are very clean. During the night, it is quiet. no noise during the night.

After I booked the rooms through booking.com, it did not show me the details of the rooms like the unit number. I was not aware the rooms are not adjacent and it was not convenient for us, we got two kids, one is 15 yrs old and the other is 9. The booking system treat my 1st daughter as adult. That is the drawback of the booking system. Next time, I have to put special requirement i.e. one whole family and needs to have two rooms close by.

Absolutely stunning unit. Exceptional clean and comfortable sofa in lounge area .Perfect for us traveling as family with two older siblings. (in their 20s) Loved wide entrance way and ample place for shoes coats etc. Had every utensil and great stove top and oven, we needed to cook evening meal and a full cooked breakfast. Modern bathroom Comfortable bedrooms Fluffy carpet. Private court yard with table chairs and umbrella. Great air con that cooled the whole unit as it was nearly 30 degrees when we stayed.. Very quick walk into town centre. Catherine was a very welcoming host who answered any queries promptly. Definitely highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back

Needed a hook or something to hang a hand towel by sink in the bathroom..

Motel is quite comfortably located in Arrowtown 15 min walk to the town centre with all the restaurants. Comfy rooms which were cleaned every other day. Lounge was quite sunny and warm during the day and bedrooms had heaters of sufficient power to keep warmth during the night. There were also electric blankets but we did not use them at all. Big tele and reliable internet contributed to entertainments. Warm and clear bathroom and a shower with the showerdome. 4square is literally 200m away.

Nothing really to complain about. A couple of ants came by occasionally but they were polite also :) Just don't leave anything sweet on the benchtop overnight

One bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, and staff had put on the air conditioning before we arrived ( thank you!) so it was cosy too. Outlook from the bedroom was a local park. The whole property was well looked after and looks better than the photos supplied. There is the local Four Square supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the motel.

Some guests might find the distance from Arrowtown's Main Street and restaurants a negative, but we enjoyed the mostly level 15-20 minute walk through the pretty streets to eat and drink. The sofa in the lounge area had seen better days and was a bit unsupportive.

Everything was ideal, easy late check in, nothing to complain about at all, ideal base for Queenstown, Cromwell and Wanaka. Nice quiet area, $ square 1 min down the road was a bonus. The motel is tidy inside and out, modern, clean, had everything you need really for a family trip. Cant think of much to improve. Highly recomended.

Everything was good, if picky we prefer the queen in the bedroom when travelling with kids, and maybe charge closer to the stay.

I'm not a vintage fan so this accom was AMAZING. It felt like a modern 4 star hotel room. Photos were accurate and the place was very spacious and clean for 2 people. Asked to leave bags by reception as we arrived hours before check in, as well as extend our check out time and the reception staff were super friendly and happy to do so. Bonus - the body wash smelt amazing in a herby, medicinal way!

The reception/staff is not always in the office, they may be around the property cleaning. Was able to use the phone outside the office to call them and they always picked up :)

Perfect location for us, just a short walk into the town to restaurants, shops. Quiet too. A nice touch was that the heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome on a cold day. A Four Square shop is just along the street.

No hot point in the bathroom for hairdryer etc. The curtains need some attention as the runners had come off on the end stopping the curtains from closing properly.

A perfect family "home" during our getaway. Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly with local knowledge. Great location. Close to the local supermarket. Kitchen facilities meant we could easily cater in-house for family with dietary requirements. Plenty of room for everyone with a modern decor. Within walking distance of Arrowtown's main street. Highly recommended

We loved our stay!

Second time staying at this little gem, love the courtyard and open space, indoor outdoor flow, sofa/lounge and large bed. Coffee making facilities including toaster and microwave (not used, the food in Arrowtown is simply too good to eat in our room!). Close to the town centre but far enough away to avoid any crowds/noise and a pleasant walk into 'town'. 4-Square mini-mart virtually next door for the usual provisions.

Didn't realise that room servicing required leaving a card hanging on the door so we missed out on that on our first day. Would like better outdoor furniture, the table is small and (literally) tinny. Was envious of the motel unit outdoor table and chairs. Otherwise there's nothing not to like!!

Clean, location, wifi, Television had extra options (YouTube), quiet. Bathroom had a nice heater and exhaust.

The shower was a walk-in with curtains that did not extend to the floor, so when showering almost the entire bathroom floor would get very wet! They provided us an extra bath towel to dry the floor, but the shower curtains should go farther to the floor to keep the bathroom floor dry.
